对氨基苯酚生产安全管理研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着科学技术的发展,一些药品生产企业会对某些药品的生产设备和生产工艺进行了升级改造。但新设备新技术新工艺的使用,往往会产生药品生产过程中危险化学品种类、数量的增多,生产过程的更加复杂,需要设备的多样化以及涉及到危险化工工艺等危险因素。这些因素如果不进行有效的安全管理,往往会导致事故的发生,造成经济损失以及人员伤亡。因此,做好这些药品生产的安全管理,对于提高经济效益和市场竞争力有着很重要的作用。本文以河北M药业集团对氨基苯酚生产为例,采用理论分析与案例分析相结合的方法,在参考学习大量安全管理文献资料的同时,借鉴同行专家研究出的安全管理成果和结论,通过对该药品的生产工艺、安全特点以及产品生产过程中的危险、有害因素分析和研究,在安全管理体系、安全生产标准化、设备设施、危险物料、生产工艺、作业环境、储存方法等方面,提出了在对氨基苯酚生产过程中应重点关注的问题以及做好生产安全管理的相关意见和建议。同时也为同类型的医药企业在产品设备更新和工艺改造后,如何有效进行安全管理方面提供了科学、合理的借鉴和参考依据,从而帮助这些企业有效开展生产安全管理工作,遏制和消除各类生产安全事故的发生,确保生产平稳运行,促进企业的安全健康发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of science and technology, some pharmaceutical enterprises will upgrade the production equipment and production process of some drugs. However, the use of new equipment, new technology and new technology will often produce dangerous chemicals in the process of drug production, such as the increase in the number of dangerous chemicals, the more complex production process, the need for diversification of equipment and the risk factors involved in dangerous chemical processes and so on. If these factors do not carry on the effective safety management, often will cause the accident to occur, causes the economic loss as well as the casualty. Therefore, it is very important to improve the economic efficiency and market competitiveness of these drugs. Taking the production of p-aminophenol in Hebei M Pharmaceutical Group as an example, this paper uses the method of combining theoretical analysis with case analysis to refer to a large number of safety management documents, and draw lessons from the safety management achievements and conclusions of the peer experts. Through the analysis and research on the production process, safety characteristics, hazard and harmful factors of the product, the safety management system, safety production standardization, equipment and facilities, dangerous materials, production process, working environment, In the storage methods, the paper puts forward some important problems in the production of p-aminophenol, and puts forward some suggestions and suggestions on the safety management of production. At the same time, it also provides scientific, reasonable reference and reference basis for the same type of pharmaceutical enterprises how to effectively carry out safety management after the product equipment renewal and process transformation, so as to help these enterprises to effectively carry out production safety management work. Control and eliminate all kinds of production safety accidents, ensure the smooth operation of production, and promote the safe and healthy development of enterprises.
