SPC技术在长沙卷烟厂质量管理中的应用研究

【摘要】:摘要:本文从烟草行业深入推进工艺质量参数化管理出发,重点研究长沙卷烟厂的SPC软件系统建设和应用。在卷烟生产过程中,随着设备技术改进不断升级,生产过程各设备、工艺指标、参数数据实现同步数据采集,本文从如何有效地利用采集到的数据,通过系统自动化生成的数据产品,了解到我们的产品设计到工艺管理、设备管理、质量管理水平的最终结果;如何从数据产品中发现问题产生的必然性和偶然性,并以此来改善和提高卷烟产品加工过程的稳定性,进行了深入的阐述。 SPC技术在长烟的应用是以工序过程能力(CPK)为基础,通过对工序指标参数的在线监控、过程异常分析以及指标参数系统性提升改进等手段,开展各种技术攻关活动,消除过程控制异因,实现过程预防控制,通过写实和试验优化一些参数的调整范围,固化一些优秀的操作方法等,使得研究工序的参数指标的CPK值均有了一定程度的提升。 基于SPC技术在长烟生产实际过程中不断取得的成果,根据管理需要,长烟将其成果转化和规范化,建立了工艺过程控制的新评价制度,形成基于SPC的过程工艺控制管理体系,并已经形成具有长沙卷烟厂特色的SPC质量管理应用模式。增强白沙品牌的产品质量竞争力;逐步实现行业《卷烟工艺规范》的三个转变。
[Abstract]:Abstract: this paper focuses on the construction and application of SPC software system in Changsha cigarette Factory from the perspective of promoting the parameterized management of process quality in tobacco industry. In the process of cigarette production, with the continuous upgrading of the equipment and technology, the data of each equipment, process index and parameter in the production process can be collected synchronously. In this paper, how to utilize the collected data effectively, Through the system automation generated data products, to understand our product design to process management, equipment management, quality management level of the final results; How to find the inevitability and contingency of the problem from the data products and how to improve and improve the stability of the processing process of cigarette products are expounded in this paper. The application of SPC technology in the long smoke industry is based on the process capability (CPK). Through the on-line monitoring of the process parameters, the analysis of process anomalies and the systematic improvement of the index parameters, all kinds of key technical activities are carried out. By eliminating the different cause of process control, realizing process prevention control, optimizing the adjustment range of some parameters through realism and experiment, solidifying some excellent operation methods, the CPK value of the parameter index of the research process has been improved to a certain extent. Based on the continuous achievement of SPC technology in the actual process of long smoke production, according to the need of management, the new evaluation system of process control is established, and the management system of process control based on SPC is formed. And has formed the Changsha cigarette factory characteristic SPC quality management application pattern. Strengthen the quality competitiveness of Baisha brand and gradually realize the three changes of cigarette craft standard.
