FD公司流程管理体系的推进策略研究

【摘要】:市场竞争全球化、顾客需求不断变化给企业带来了越来越大的压力,面对外部瞬息万变的市场环境,企业间的竞争已不再仅仅局限于“产品力”或“单一流程”的竞争,而是演变成了各企业流程体系的较量。汽车行业也不例外,中国汽车市场经过十多年来疯狂高速发展的黄金时期已逐渐走向平稳增长,产品竞争更加激烈,加之国家提出加快汽车产业兼并重组促进优胜劣汰,汽车行业正在面临新的竞争格局,产能落后的车企面临的压力更大。这也促使国内一些车企纷纷开始致力于研究如何打造系统高效的流程体系以提高自身抵御市场风险和快速反应的能力,实现长足发展。本文研究的FD公司是国内一家需要快速扩张市场的汽车制造企业,经过十几年的发展FD公司形成了一定的运营规模但运营管理欠缺系统集成,且效率较为低下,面对严峻的外部形势公司管理层有着强烈的危机感,也在积极探索求变,希望革新内部运营为公司扩张提供稳定保障。作为总经理幕僚团队的一名职员,笔者担当着FD公司运营策划之职,本文试图通过公司资料搜集、访谈等方式并结合笔者的工作岗位及实践,研究流程管理体系在FD公司的推进及其持续有效实施,用以促进公司内部运营流程体系的不断完善。本文共分六章:第一章说明了论文的研究背景、研究意义以及本课题的国内外研究现状,简述了论文的研究目标、主要研究内容、研究方法及技术路线;第二章综述了流程管理体系构建的相关理论;第三章对FD公司的流程管理体系建设现状进行深入探寻了解,找出构建流程管理体系需解决的问题并分析成因;第四章根据公司流程管理特点对FD公司流程管理体系的推进策略进行思考,并提出具体的推进策略及现阶段的具体实施进程;第五章对FD公司流程管理体系后续推动提出对策建议;第六章是结论和展望。流程管理体系的建设没有唯一途径,本研究的目的和意义是针对FD公司流程管理体系进行系统研究并提供可实施的推进策略,为公司在日益激烈的竞争格局下能够永续经营提供管理改善建议,并为各行各业的企业提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:The globalization of market competition and the constant change of customer demand bring more and more pressure to enterprises. In the face of the ever-changing external market environment, the competition among enterprises is no longer confined to the competition of "product force" or "single process". Instead, it has evolved into a contest between the various business process systems. The auto industry is no exception. After more than a decade of crazy and rapid development of the golden period, the Chinese auto market has gradually moved towards steady growth and more intense product competition. In addition, the state has proposed speeding up the merger and reorganization of the automobile industry to promote the survival of the fittest. The auto industry is facing a new competitive pattern, with the pressure on underproductive automakers to increase. This has also prompted some domestic auto companies to begin to study how to create a system efficient process system to improve their ability to resist market risks and rapid response to achieve rapid development. The FD Company studied in this paper is a domestic automobile manufacturing enterprise that needs to expand its market rapidly. After more than ten years' development, FD Company has formed a certain operation scale, but its operation management lacks system integration, and its efficiency is relatively low. Facing the severe external situation, the management of the company has a strong sense of crisis, and is actively exploring for change, hoping to innovate the internal operation to provide a stable guarantee for the expansion of the company. As a staff member of the general manager's staff team, the author is responsible for the operation planning of FD Company. This paper attempts to combine the position and practice of the author with the company data collection, interview and so on. This paper studies the promotion of process management system in FD Company and its continuous and effective implementation, in order to promote the continuous improvement of internal business process system. This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter describes the research background, research significance and domestic and foreign research status of this topic, briefly describes the research objectives, main research content, research methods and technical routes; The second chapter summarizes the relevant theories of process management system construction, the third chapter deeply explores the current situation of process management system construction in FD Company, finds out the problems to be solved and analyzes the causes of the process management system construction. In the fourth chapter, according to the characteristics of company process management, the author thinks about the advancing strategy of FD company's process management system, and puts forward the specific promotion strategy and the concrete implementation process at the present stage. The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the follow-up promotion of FD process management system, and the sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect. There is no only way to build the process management system. The purpose and significance of this study is to carry out systematic research on the process management system of FD Company and to provide the implementable promotion strategy. To provide management improvement advice for the company under the increasingly fierce competition pattern, and to provide certain reference for the enterprises in various industries.
