中国磷化工产业国际竞争力研究

【摘要】:中国磷矿资源丰富,根据2012统计数据显示,2012中国磷矿储量40吨,是仅次于摩洛哥,世界第二大磷资源储备国家,2012年,中国磷矿生产达95294600吨,居世界第一位。在此基础上,磷化工产业发展迅速,磷酸盐、黄磷和三聚磷酸钠的生产能力均是世界第一。虽然中国的磷化工产品的生产量和出口量方面已经位于世界领先的位置,但是在研发高附加值精细磷化工产品方面上,中国还未达到世界的较高水平,与发达国家还存在一定的差距。1从全球磷化工产业的发展来看,一系列的产业结构和产品需求结构的调整升级使得国际市场对初级磷化工产品的需求越来越少,而增加了具有高附加值的磷化工产品的需求。对于我国国内市场而言,也同样面临着这种需求的调整,为了满足国内对精细磷化工产品日渐增长的需求,我国只能依赖于向国外发达国家进口。另一方面,磷矿资源是必不可少的,不可替代的,不能回收,不可再生的,且涉及中国的农业生产,属于战略资源。按照现在的开采速度,我国的磷矿资源预计只能维持40年。我国磷化工产业的发展面临着巨大的挑战,在这样的情况下,全面分析和评价我国磷化工的国际竞争力,并据此提出推动我国磷化工产业发展的对策建议,对保护磷矿资源,增强我国磷化工产业的国际竞争力乃至我国国民经济的长足发展都具有一定的现实意义。 本文的研究目标是以产业国际竞争力的相关理论为基础来分析我国磷化工产业国际竞争力的大小,并对如何提升我国磷化工产业国际竞争力给出一定的对策建议。全文的分析框架如下:首先是采用文献综述法展开理论基础分析,对国际竞争力问题研究的理论进行梳理,了解该理论的形成、发展和最新研究成果;继而运用定量分析与定性分析相结合的方法来分析我国磷化工产业竞争力的问题,先介绍了我国磷化工产品和产业的发展现状,再通过产业国际竞争力显示性指标的横纵向比较来看我国与其他发达磷化工产业国之间存在的差距,搜集有关数据建立了评价我国磷化工行业国际竞争力大小的指标体系;接着本文依据波特的“钻石模型”理论,解释了中国磷化工产业国际竞争力较弱的原因;最后在前文分析的基础上,从三个方面,即宏观、中观和微观层面,提出了对策和建议,以提高中国的磷化工产业的国际竞争力。
[Abstract]:China is rich in phosphate rock resources. According to 2012 statistics, 2012 China has 40 tons of phosphate rock reserves, which is the second largest phosphate reserve country in the world after Morocco. In 2012, China's phosphate ore production reached 95294600 tons, ranking first in the world. On this basis, the phosphorus chemical industry develops rapidly, the production capacity of phosphate, yellow phosphorus and sodium tripolyphosphate are the first in the world. Although China's production and export of phosphorus chemical products are already in the leading position in the world, China has not yet reached the world's higher level in the development of high value-added fine phosphorus chemicals. There is still a certain gap with developed countries. 1 from the perspective of the development of the global phosphorus chemical industry, a series of industrial structure and product demand structure adjustment and upgrading make the international market demand for primary phosphorus chemical products less and less. The demand of phosphorus chemical products with high added value is increased. For the domestic market of our country, it is also facing the adjustment of this kind of demand. In order to meet the increasing demand for fine phosphorus chemical products in China, our country can only rely on importing to the developed countries abroad. On the other hand, phosphate rock resources are indispensable, irreplaceable, unrecoverable, non-renewable, and involve agricultural production in China, which is a strategic resource. According to the current mining rate, China's phosphate ore resources are expected to last only 40 years. The development of China's phosphorous chemical industry is facing great challenges. Under such circumstances, the international competitiveness of China's phosphorus chemical industry is comprehensively analyzed and evaluated, and the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of China's phosphorus chemical industry are put forward. It is of practical significance to strengthen the international competitiveness of China's phosphorus chemical industry and the rapid development of our national economy. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the international competitiveness of China's phosphorus chemical industry based on the relevant theories of industrial international competitiveness, and to give some countermeasures and suggestions on how to enhance the international competitiveness of China's phosphorus chemical industry. The analysis framework of this paper is as follows: firstly, the theoretical basis analysis is carried out by literature review method, and the theory of international competitiveness research is combed out to understand the formation, development and latest research results of the theory; Then, the paper analyzes the competitiveness of China's phosphorus chemical industry by combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, and introduces the present situation of the development of phosphorus chemical products and industries in China. Then through the horizontal and vertical comparison between China and other developed phosphorous chemical industry countries, the author sets up an index system to evaluate the international competitiveness of China's phosphorus chemical industry. Secondly, according to Porter's "Diamond Model" theory, this paper explains the reasons for the weak international competitiveness of China's phosphorous chemical industry. Finally, on the basis of the previous analysis, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects, namely, macro, meso and micro level, in order to improve the international competitiveness of China's phosphorus chemical industry.
