益民公司农资连锁经营模式的应用研讨

【摘要】:伴随着中国的国民经济二十多年来的高速发展及其市场经济体制改革的逐步推进,加之各种农业新技术、新装备及新品种的大规模推广应用,中国的农业生产规模初步扩大,多年来农业粮食丰产丰收,为保障中国人民的口粮供给和维持中国经济的持续稳定发展奠定了基础。与此相适应,中国农村市场上的农用物资供销市场容量和经销规模近年来也在持续扩大、日益繁荣,大多数农资产品的供应状况由原来的供求紧缺状态转化为供求相对过剩的状态,由此使得农业物资供销市场上的农资经营企业之间的竞争变得日趋激烈。在这样新的竞争态势下,作为一个农用物资经销企业---铜川市益民农资连锁有限公司(以下简称益民公司)的经营者,通过创新思路、摸索经验,借鉴商业连锁经营模式这个当今世界最有活力的商业活动组织形式,在本企业的农资经销体系中采用商业连锁经营模式,以此试图在激烈的市场竞争中快速建立农资销售渠道、降低企业经营成本、规范流通市场、寻找到与现阶段行业发展特点和发展阶段相吻合的经营模式。 本文以益民公司经营模式转换的实施过程为例,以市场营销学、现代企业管理学、商业连锁经营理论等相关理论知识为指导,同时借鉴国内外连锁经营模式的经营管理经验,采用实证对比分析的研究方法,针对益民公司在推行与实施农资连锁经营模式的发展过程中的状况及其在当前连锁经营模式推行过程中存在的品牌效应不强、产品不够丰富、以及相关的内部管理等问题产生的原因进行分析并研讨了改进思路,并在此基础上对益民公司现行的农资连锁经营模式提出改进方案建议。希望以此有利于提升益民公司的经营效益,并为其它农资连锁经营企业提供可供参考借鉴的经验。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's national economy over the past 20 years and the gradual advancement of the reform of the market economic system, coupled with the large-scale popularization and application of various new agricultural technologies, new equipment and new varieties, the scale of agricultural production in China has initially expanded. Over the years, a good harvest of agricultural grain has laid the foundation for ensuring the supply of rations to the Chinese people and maintaining the sustained and stable development of the Chinese economy. In line with this, the market capacity and distribution scale of agricultural materials and materials in China's rural markets have continued to expand and become increasingly prosperous in recent years. The supply situation of most agricultural material products has changed from the original supply and demand shortage state to the supply and demand relative surplus state, which makes the competition between the agricultural material supply and marketing enterprises become more and more fierce. In such a new competitive situation, as the operator of Tongchuan Yimin Agricultural material chain Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Yimin Company), through innovative ideas, to explore experience, Referring to the business chain management model, which is the most dynamic organization of commercial activities in the world today, the commercial chain management mode is adopted in the distribution system of agricultural materials in this enterprise, in order to try to establish the marketing channel of agricultural material quickly in the fierce market competition. To reduce the operating cost of enterprises, standardize the circulation market, and find a business model that is consistent with the characteristics and stages of the industry development at the present stage. This paper takes the implementation process of Yimin Company's business model transformation as an example, takes the relevant theoretical knowledge such as marketing, modern enterprise management, business chain management theory and so on as guidance, and at the same time draws lessons from the management experience of domestic and foreign chain management mode. By using the method of empirical comparative analysis, aiming at the situation of Yimin Company in the process of promoting and implementing the chain operation mode of agricultural materials and the brand effect existing in the current chain operation mode, the products are not rich enough. The causes of the related internal management problems are analyzed and the improvement ideas are discussed. On this basis, suggestions for improving the current chain management mode of agricultural materials in Yimin Company are put forward. It is hoped that this will help to improve the management efficiency of Yimin Company and provide reference experience for other agricultural enterprises.
