泰山公司在立体车库制造业中的竞争战略研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of automobile industry, the output of automobile in China is increasing from geometric base. At the same time, the contradiction between the growth of the number of cars and the shortage of parking space is increasingly prominent. The stereoscopic garage manufacturing industry is a new industry in this background. The development of the enterprises in this industry is faced with great challenges and opportunities. In order to discuss the competitive strategy and implementing measures of stereoscopic garage manufacturing enterprises, this paper takes Taishan Company as an example. The company is engaged in intelligent three-dimensional parking equipment and storage equipment manufacturing, sales, installation, maintenance and maintenance business of professional companies, with nearly 70 patents technology, product quality and function than similar products leading. The company seize the favorable opportunity of the rapid development of the stereoscopic garage industry, with its own good technical strength, strong R & D capabilities and advanced operation mode, with the help of policy advantages in the industry occupied a place, the recent two years of rapid development. But along with the development, the company also appeared the marketing link is weak, the fixed assets investment too fast causes the enterprise capital to be tight, the cost rises and so on question, faces the market huge demand and the fierce market competition. The enterprise lacks clear strategic choice and position. It is urgent for Taishan Company to choose which competitive strategy to implement in order to seize the opportunity and deal with the threat of external environment. This paper makes a deep analysis of Taishan Company from two aspects of external environment and internal resource ability, and discusses the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of Taishan Company. Finally, through the analysis of SWOT, we get the strategic orientation of Taishan Company, discuss the competition strategy of Taishan Company from the perspective of differentiation strategy, and finally, from the organizational management, assessment mechanism, management, business process building, Talent introduction and corporate culture construction and other aspects of the implementation of the corresponding safeguards. This study points out that enterprises should clearly understand the industry environment and the characteristics of three-dimensional garage industry competition, formulate competitive business model and market competition mode according to the specific conditions, and adjust the management system of the enterprise in good time. To enable enterprises to obtain long-term survival and development.
