【摘要】:随着全球老龄化速度的加快,医疗器械市场需求正在不断增加,医疗器械行业已经成为各个国家关注的焦点,全球医疗器械市场也在高速发展。与我国庞大的医疗器械市场销售空间相比,我国医疗器械生产企业的竞争能力却明显不足。我国医疗器械市场的现状为国产医疗器械生产企业,特别是高端国产医疗器械生产企业提供了广阔的销售空间,在这种情况下,企业应如何抓住机遇? 企业发展战略是企业战略的一部分,主要研究的是关于企业成长、壮大过程中,企业整体性、长期性、基本性的谋略。是企业根据其外部环境及企业内部资源和能力状况,为求得企业生存和长期稳定的发展,为不断获得新的竞争优势,对企业发展目标、达成目标的途径和手段的总体谋划。企业必须高度重视发展战略的制定与实施,才能实现自身长远地、可持续地发展。 本文第1章首先对论文的研究背景及意义、研究思路与方法进行了介绍;第2章对现阶段关于企业战略、企业发展战略的研究状况进行了梳理;第3章通过对A医疗器械集团中国市场经营发展现状的分析,运用PEST分析法、五力模型分析法对A集团中国子公司的宏观环境、医疗器械行业发展环境以及集团内部资源进行了分析;第4章在前一章分析的基础上,运用SWOT分析法分别对四种选择战略进行了分析,并得出A集团在中国市场的未来发展战略;第5章主要提出了A集团战略实施的内容,并进而提出了A集团中国市场战略实施的保障措施,以期实现A集团各项资源的有效利用和整合,构建自身的竞争优势,获得持续发展的动力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid aging of the world, the market demand for medical devices is increasing, the medical device industry has become the focus of attention of all countries, the global medical device market is also developing at a high speed. Compared with the huge marketing space of medical device in our country, the competitive ability of our medical device manufacturing enterprises is obviously insufficient. The present situation of the medical device market in our country has provided the vast sales space for the domestic medical device production enterprise, especially the high-end domestic medical device production enterprise. In this case, how should the enterprise seize the opportunity? Enterprise development strategy is a part of enterprise strategy, which mainly studies the strategy of enterprise growth, enterprise integrity, long-term, and basic. According to the external environment and the internal resources and ability of the enterprise, it is the overall plan of the enterprise to obtain the survival and the long-term stable development of the enterprise, to obtain the new competitive advantage continuously, to the enterprise development goal, the way and the means to reach the goal. Enterprises must attach great importance to the formulation and implementation of development strategies in order to achieve their own long-term and sustainable development. The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of the thesis, the research ideas and methods, the second chapter reviews the current research status of enterprise strategy and enterprise development strategy. In chapter 3, by analyzing the current situation of A medical device group's market management and development in China, using PEST analysis method and five-force model analysis method, the macro environment of A group's Chinese subsidiary is analyzed. The development environment of medical device industry and internal resources of the group were analyzed. In chapter 4, on the basis of the analysis in the previous chapter, we use SWOT analysis method to analyze the four choice strategies, and draw the future development strategy of group A in China market. The fifth chapter mainly puts forward the contents of A group's strategy implementation, and then puts forward the safeguard measures of A group's Chinese market strategy implementation, in order to realize the effective utilization and integration of A group's various resources, and construct its own competitive advantage. To gain momentum for sustainable development.
