X公司人力资源规划研究

【摘要】:随着我国市场经济的快速发展,企业之间的竞争愈加激烈。21世纪是知识经济时代,任何企业或组织要想在竞争中占领优势地位,就必须充分把握并利用好各种有限的资源,,包括人力、物力、财力、及市场信息等,以发挥其最大的效力。企业间的竞争实际上就是人才的竞争,任何一个企业或组织的发展都离不开人力资源,因为其他各种资源都必须在人力资源的使用与作用下才能发挥其最大效力。而人力资源规划是企业各项人力资源管理活动的基础,也是企业总体战略规划的重要组成部分之一。 本文从人力资源着手,抓住人力资源规划这一管理环节,结合X公司的发展战略及内外部环境等,对X公司人力资源规划的现状进行分析,并发现其存在的问题,最终制定出一套适合X公司自身发展的人力资源规划的优化方案。帮助X公司在复杂的市场经济环境下不断发展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of market economy in our country, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. In the 21st century, the era of knowledge economy, any enterprise or organization must fully grasp and make good use of all kinds of limited resources if they want to occupy the dominant position in the competition. Includes human, material, financial, and market information to maximize its effectiveness. The competition among enterprises is actually the competition of talents. The development of any enterprise or organization can not be separated from human resources, because other kinds of resources must be used and acted by human resources in order to give full play to their maximum effectiveness. Human resource planning is the basis of all human resource management activities, and also one of the important components of the overall strategic planning of enterprises. This paper analyzes the present situation of Human Resource Planning of X Company, and finds out the existing problems, combining with the development strategy and internal and external environment of X Company, by grasping the management link of Human Resource Planning, and combining with the development strategy and internal and external environment of X Company. Finally, a set of optimization scheme of human resource planning suitable for X company's own development is worked out. Help X Company in the complex market economy environment to continue to develop.
