Y企业车间生产现场的问题分析与对策研究

【摘要】:本文基于工业工程的基本理论,利用方法研究和作业测定的技术手段,对制造型企业中车间生产线作业现状存在的实际问题进行分析,寻找解决问题的关键方法,制定综合性改善方案并推进实施。文章有效解决了传统制造型企业不能应用工业工程理论和实际方法对车间生产线作业进行优化和管理这一难题,具有一定的现实意义。 本文首先阐述了工业工程在我国企业中应用的意义及重要性,概括了我国工业工程应用的现状及未来的发展趋势;然后在介绍工业工程基本技术方法的基础上,对Y企业车间生产线的实际情况进行了具体的分析,找出需要改善的典型对象,,根据车间设备布局原则,生产线平衡以及流程优化的理念,利用程序分析,秒表时间测定等研究工具,制定并实施合理的综合性改善方案。在整个过程中,通过现场设备的重新布局,优化了作业现场的物流运输,减少了工人负重行走的距离和时间,节约了生产成本,并为后工序的顺利进行提供了有力保障;通过设计作业现场物料存放方式、改进作业加工过程和优化操作工序流程,重新实现了生产线的均衡,消除了瓶颈工位,降低了线上闲余率,加快了生产节拍并提高了产量。以显著的改善成果和实际经济效益证明了改善方案的合理性和可行性,不仅为企业的持续改进积累了成功的经验,同时也为其他制造型企业利用工业工程实施优化再造的工作提供了一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Based on the basic theory of industrial engineering and the technical means of method research and job measurement, this paper analyzes the practical problems existing in the present situation of workshop production line in manufacturing enterprises, and finds out the key methods to solve the problems. Develop comprehensive improvement programs and promote implementation. This paper effectively solves the problem that traditional manufacturing enterprises can not use industrial engineering theory and practical methods to optimize and manage workshop production line, which has certain practical significance. In this paper, the significance and importance of the application of industrial engineering in Chinese enterprises are first expounded, and the present situation and future development trend of industrial engineering application in China are summarized. Then on the basis of introducing the basic technical methods of industrial engineering, the actual situation of workshop production line in Y enterprise is analyzed concretely, and the typical objects that need to be improved are found out, according to the layout principle of workshop equipment, Production line balance and process optimization concept, using program analysis, stopwatch time measurement and other research tools, to formulate and implement a reasonable comprehensive improvement program. In the whole process, through the re-layout of the field equipment, the logistics transportation of the work site is optimized, the distance and time of the workers walking with load are reduced, the production cost is saved, and the power guarantee is provided for the smooth progress of the later working procedure. By designing the storage method of material on site, improving the working process and optimizing the operation procedure flow, the balance of production line is rerealized, the bottleneck position is eliminated, the idle rate on line is reduced, the production rhythm is quickened and the output is increased. The rationality and feasibility of the improvement scheme are proved by the remarkable improvement results and the actual economic benefits, which not only accumulates successful experience for the continuous improvement of the enterprise, At the same time, it also provides some reference value for other manufacturing enterprises to carry out optimization and reengineering by industrial engineering.
