兰州海泰克工业设备有限公司耐磨材料堆焊合资项目可行性研究

【摘要】:堆焊是一种工艺,其过程主要是将一层耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐热的金属熔敷于工件的表面或者边缘,从而提高工件的表面硬度和强度。堆焊工艺具有很大的经济效益,因为它可以提高工件的使用寿命和使用性能,循环利用,降低工件成本。而将药芯焊丝作为堆焊面的堆焊工艺和其他硬面堆焊工艺相比有很多不可比拟的优势。在我国近几年堆焊行业的发展中,药芯焊丝的应用虽然也有所发展,但是相比于国外的技术水平和发展速度,却还是远远不够的。如果能够推动这种发展,将药芯焊丝以及其堆焊工艺更广泛地应用于冶金、电力、工程机械、铁路、农业、石油以及铸造等行业中,将会获取更大的经济效益和社会效益。目前国内虽然存在众多从事耐磨材料生产及堆焊工艺的企业,但因为没有一定的行业标准,所以企业间水平良莠不齐,行业内部鱼目混杂。国内几家具有一定规模的公司虽具备一定的实力,但其制造及堆焊中心也主要集中于北京、东北等地区,客户要花费昂贵的往返运输费用和较长的加工周期去北京、东北等地堆焊耐磨材料,极大地提高了生产成本,造成资金的浪费,且丧失了市场机遇。因此,在西北地区建立专门服务于西北各行业的耐磨材料堆焊中心是大势所趋,并有着良好的市场前景。将更加专业的耐磨材料堆焊技术引进西北市场,不仅对于兰州海泰克工业设备有限公司来说是一个巨大的市场机遇以及宝贵资源,而且对于西北地区各个需要耐磨材料堆焊的行业来说,也意味着可以用更低的成本获取更多的市场,对于其在全国范围内的行业竞争都有着极大的优势,也更有利于西北地区宏观经济的运行。本论文在此基础上针对兰州海泰克工业设备有限公司和英国WA(WELDING ALLOYS GROUP)公司在合作建立西北地区耐磨堆焊合资项目的可行上进行分析。此项目具体合作形式主要是由英国WA公司以堆焊技术和设备入股,与兰州海泰克公司进行合资,主要的运营方式是兰州海泰克公司从英国WA公司购进以原装进口药芯焊丝为主的耐磨材料并通过WA公司入股的自动化的堆焊设备进行工件的堆焊制作,以供应西北市场对堆焊工件的需求。论文将从介绍合资项目双方企业入手,分析此项目的背景和目标,然后论文将分析此合资项目宏观环境以及项目的技术环境和技术特性,并分析项目在西北地区的市场需求,项目的运营,包括项目的合作方式、产品与技术合作方案、市场运营规划等等,最重要的一部分就是,论文将通过企业投资规模、重要的财务指标等分析合资项目的经济效益和风险情况。最后,给出可行性研究的结论和项目实施的建议等。通过上述分析,论文将确定关于兰州海泰克工业设备有限公司与英国WA公司关于耐磨材料堆焊的合资项目的可行性的基本结论,论文的研究对公司的发展具有实际的操作与指导意义。
[Abstract]:Surfacing welding is a process in which a layer of wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant metal is deposited on the surface or edge of the workpiece, thus increasing the surface hardness and strength of the workpiece. The surfacing process has great economic benefit because it can improve the service life and performance of the workpiece, recycle the work piece and reduce the cost of the workpiece. Compared with other hardfacing surfacing technology, flux-cored wire surfacing has many incomparable advantages. In the development of surfacing welding industry in China in recent years, the application of flux-cored wire has also developed, but compared with the technical level and development speed of foreign countries, it is still far from enough. If this kind of development can be promoted, the flux-cored wire and its surfacing technology will be more widely used in metallurgy, electric power, construction machinery, railway, agriculture, petroleum and foundry, which will obtain more economic and social benefits. At present, there are many enterprises engaged in wear-resistant material production and surfacing technology, but there is no certain industry standard, so the level of enterprises is mixed, and the fish are mixed up within the industry. Although several domestic companies with a certain scale have certain strength, their manufacturing and surfacing centers are also mainly concentrated in Beijing, Northeast China and other areas. Customers have to spend expensive transportation costs and a longer processing cycle to Beijing. The hardfacing wear-resistant material in Northeast China has greatly increased the production cost, caused the waste of funds and lost the market opportunity. Therefore, it is the trend of the times and has a good market prospect to set up a wear-resistant surfacing welding center in Northwest China. The introduction of more professional wear-resistant surfacing technology into the northwest market is not only a great market opportunity and valuable resource for Lanzhou Haitek Industrial equipment Co., Ltd. And for the industries in Northwest China that need wear-resistant surfacing, it also means that more markets can be obtained at a lower cost, which has great advantages for the industry competition in the whole country. It is also more conducive to the operation of the macro-economy in the Northwest region. On the basis of this, this paper analyzes the feasibility of establishing the joint venture of wear-resistant surfacing welding between Lanzhou Haitaek Industrial equipment Co., Ltd. And WA (WELDING ALLOYS GROUP) Company of England. The specific form of cooperation in this project is mainly a joint venture with Lanzhou Hetak Company, which is invested in surfacing technology and equipment by WA Company of the United Kingdom. The main mode of operation is that Lanzhou Hetak Company buys wear-resistant materials mainly from imported flux-cored wire from WA Company of England, and makes workpiece surfacing through automatic surfacing equipment invested by WA Company. To supply the northwest market for surfacing workpiece demand. The paper will analyze the background and goal of the joint venture project from the introduction of the joint venture enterprises, and then the paper will analyze the macro environment of the joint venture project, the technical environment and technical characteristics of the project, and analyze the market demand of the project in the northwest region. The most important part of the operation of the project, including the cooperation mode of the project, the product and technical cooperation program, the market operation plan, and so on, is that the paper will pass the scale of enterprise investment. Important financial indicators and other analysis of the joint venture project economic benefits and risk situation. Finally, the conclusion of the feasibility study and project implementation suggestions are given.
