吉林省新能源产业发展路径与对策研究

【摘要】:当前,新能源产业是衡量一个国家和地区高新技术发展水平的重要参考指标之一,也是世界新一轮国际竞争的最高战略目标。发展新能源产业不仅可以带来很高的经济效益,对能源的安全和环境的优化也有重要意义,此外还有显著的社会效益等特点。因此发达国家和地区都把发展新能源产业作为顺应科技潮流、推进产业结构调整的重要举措。 我国的能源有限,发展新能源不仅可以解决能源危机等问题,也可以为我们的国民经济做出巨大贡献。而吉林省在我国新能源产业发展中一直处于相对弱势。因此,本篇文章探讨的吉林省新能源的发展路径和对策对提高吉林省经济转型意义非凡。 该论文的第一二章首先对新能源产业的国内外研究现状作了综述,进而对新能源产业作了界定,接着阐述了新能源产业的特征、发展态势以及关键要素等有关国内外新能源产业发展的相关理论。第三四章分别对吉林省新能源产业发展现状和吉林省新能源产业发展的关键要素做了详细的分析。 论文通过对国内外新能源发展经验的借鉴,结合吉林省新能源的发展现状和SWOT分析,得出了吉林省发展新能源的重点与难点,为吉林省新能源发展路径研究提供了很大的帮助。 本文运用IOWA算子和群决策分析法对吉林省新能源的优势产业进行了遴选,运用调查问卷、关联度分析以及专家打分法详细分析了吉林省新能源产业的市场需求、产业目标、发展瓶颈以及研发需求,最终绘制出适合吉林省新能源发展的技术路线图,文章最后又提出了吉林省发展新能源产业的对策与建议,从不同的角度为吉林省发展新能源产业提供了有利的措施与保障。
[Abstract]:At present, the new energy industry is one of the important reference indexes to measure the development level of high and new technology in a country and a region, and is also the highest strategic goal of the new round of international competition in the world. The development of new energy industry can not only bring high economic benefits, but also have important significance for energy security and environmental optimization, and also have remarkable social benefits and other characteristics. Therefore, developed countries and regions take the development of new energy industry as an important measure to conform to the trend of science and technology and to promote the adjustment of industrial structure. The development of new energy can not only solve the problem of energy crisis, but also make great contribution to our national economy. Jilin Province has been in a relatively weak position in the development of new energy industry in China. Therefore, the development path and countermeasures of new energy in Jilin Province are of great significance to improve the economic transformation of Jilin Province. In the first and second chapter of this paper, the current research situation of new energy industry at home and abroad is summarized, then the new energy industry is defined, and then the characteristics of new energy industry are expounded. The development trend and key elements related to the development of new energy industry at home and abroad related theories. The third and fourth chapter analyzes the present situation of new energy industry in Jilin province and the key factors of new energy industry development in Jilin province in detail. Based on the experience of new energy development at home and abroad, combined with the status quo of new energy development and SWOT analysis in Jilin Province, the paper draws the key points and difficulties of new energy development in Jilin Province, which provides a great help for the research of new energy development path in Jilin Province. This paper uses IOWA operator and group decision analysis method to select the advantage industry of new energy in Jilin province, and analyzes the market demand and industry target of new energy industry of Jilin province in detail by using questionnaire, correlation analysis and expert scoring method. Finally, the technical roadmap suitable for the development of new energy in Jilin Province is drawn. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of new energy industry in Jilin Province are put forward. It provides favorable measures and guarantees for Jilin Province to develop new energy industry from different angles.
