我国新能源产业效率的实证研究

【摘要】:文章基于中国30个省(市、区)2003~2011年数据采用投入导向的规模报酬不变的Malmquist-DEA生产率指数对中国30个省(市、区)新能源产业效率进行测度,结果显示:2004~2011年期间我国各省(市、区)新能源产业发展效率不断提高,新能源产业聚集程度较高的东部地区新能源产业发展效率指数较低,新能源产业聚集度较低的西部地区,其新能源产业发展效率指数反而较高,表明我国新能源产业发展中的规模效应不明显。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of 30 provinces (cities and districts) in China from 2003 to 2011, this paper measures the efficiency of new energy industry in 30 provinces (cities and regions) of China by using the input-oriented Malmquist-DEA productivity index with constant returns to scale. The results show that during 2004-2011, the development efficiency of new energy industry in every province (city, district) of our country is continuously improved, and the development efficiency index of new energy industry in the eastern region with higher concentration of new energy industry is lower. The development efficiency index of the new energy industry in the western region with low concentration of new energy industry is higher, indicating that the scale effect in the development of the new energy industry in China is not obvious.
