中国石油黑龙江销售公司ERP系统整合研究
[Abstract]:With the global competition and the rapid development of modern science, technology and economy, enterprises are required to apply advanced management information systems to keep up with the pace of economic development. ERP, as the most important enterprise management system, has been widely used in the organization of all kinds of enterprises around the world, which makes accounting more convenient and accurate. The environment of each industry is different, and the utilization degree of ERP system is also very different. The implementation of ERP system takes a long time and the implementation cost is high, so it has been paid special attention by enterprises. The implementation and application of ERP directly affects the operation and management of enterprises. In the process of implementing and applying ERP, the original business process can no longer meet the needs of advanced accounting system, so enterprises should constantly optimize and improve the business process. With the rapid development of economy, the original management system of enterprises is usually not enough to meet the needs of enterprises, so it is necessary to continue to go online to new systems, and the systems need to be integrated to meet the needs of management. ERP system has a wide impact on enterprises. Not only financial accounting rely on ERP system, internal control, audit, performance evaluation, can not be separated from ERP system. This requires ERP to further develop its functions and provide a more perfect and comprehensive application. The implementation process of ERP is a long-term, continuous modification and optimization process. In order to meet the needs of enterprise development. There are many key factors that affect the application of the system after ERP is launched, most of which come from the problems left over before the launch, including the mismatch between the system and the actual business. Insufficient pre-training results in user error operation, data input and system defects, which will hinder the daily operation of ERP system. But there are also some factors that come online. In this paper, PetroChina Heilongjiang sales Company is selected as the research object, and the process of implementation and application of ERP system is analyzed. Because of the large scale of the enterprise, the wide distribution of business places, the purchase, sale and storage occur all the time every day, and the amount of financial accounting is large. After the application of ERP system, financial accounting is not entirely based on the system, and manual accounts are also preserved. There are many inconsistencies between the system account and the manual account. In the application process of ERP system, many problems have been found, which leads to the complexity and inaccuracy of financial accounting and the inefficiency of internal control. The problems encountered in the application of ERP system are found out, and the analysis is carried out, and the improvement measures are put forward, and the financial accounting is completely dependent on the system. After the research of ERP system integration, the business process has changed again after the system integration and upgrade, and the problems existing in the previous system application and the non-standard accounting process have been improved. The successful launch of ERP system of PetroChina Black Dragon sales company not only reduces the workload of financial staff, but also improves the accuracy and consistency of the data. Liberate the financial personnel from the process of making and sorting out a wide range of accounting vouchers. Using the traceability function of ERP, finance personnel can trace back to relevant business information through account balance, including detailed information such as purchase application, purchase order, audit, entry and exit warehouse order, invoice, sales detail and so on. Thus, we can carry out comprehensive monitoring of business processes and improve the effectiveness of internal control. It is hoped that through this paper, it can provide reference for the application and implementation of enterprise ERP system.
