S集团基于ERP的信息化体系构建与应用

【摘要】:近年来,随着信息技术的广泛应用和飞速发展,中国煤炭工业自动化技术也得到了飞速的发展,煤炭行业逐渐把信息和综合自动化作为一个重要领域。在应对全球信息化和推进国家信息化快速发展方面,国务院原则批准《能源的中长期的发展规划(2004—2020)》提出了“以煤为主,电力辅助,石油、天然气和新能源全方面发展的战略”,确立了我国的能源仍然是以煤炭为基石,煤炭工业的重要地位不言自明。因此,逐步使用信息技术推动传统产业改造,促进煤炭产业又好又快发展是一个既定的方向。以信息技术提升传统产业发展,已成为煤矿企业关注的重要问题,信息技术已经成为煤炭企业发展的重要手段,信息化建设通常被视为一种创新。 本文共分6章:第1章简述了煤炭企业信息化的研究背景、目的和意义,说明了论文的研究方法和结构安排;第2章简单介绍了企业信息化建设相关的理论,为后续研究提供了有用的方法论,并对煤炭企业信息化的应用环境、特点进行深入分析;第3章结合S集团成立之后的信息化水平落后的现状及存在的问题,对企业下一步建设的需求进行分析,确立初步目标;第4章首先阐述了经论证后确立的体系方案,明确了研究对象和研究内容,然后分别就体系内的决策层、管理层、业务层及IT环境层的解决方案展开论述;第5章通过体系化建设完成后一段时间的应用,从各方面对体系化建设方案的实施效果进行分析,说明存在的问题;第6章总结了全文的主要内容。 本文基于信息技术,结合集团管控理论,分析煤炭企业改型成功后,信息化建设的需求,对改变落后、简单的现状提出目标、方式、方法,综合研究分析,制定出针对高层、中层、基层及技术层面便捷实用的实施方案,解决了重组后企业面临的刻不容缓的问题,加大了管理力度,降低了管理成本,杜绝了数据不及时、汇总和分析难度大、甚至有时不能了解下属企业的真实经营情况等问题,各级管理人员可以随时通过系统了解各权属公司的运营状况,迅速掌握情况,从技术上提升了管理的质量水平。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the wide application and rapid development of information technology, China's coal industry automation technology has also been rapid development, the coal industry gradually takes information and comprehensive automation as an important field. In response to global informatization and promoting the rapid development of national informatization, the State Council approved the medium-and long-term Development Plan for Energy (2004 / 2020) and proposed "coal-based, electric power-assisted, petroleum," The strategy of natural gas and new energy development in all aspects "establishes that China's energy is still based on coal, and the important position of coal industry is self-evident. Therefore, it is an established direction to gradually use information technology to promote the transformation of traditional industries and to promote the good and rapid development of coal industry. It has become an important issue for coal mining enterprises to promote the development of traditional industries with information technology. Information technology has become an important means of the development of coal enterprises. Information construction is usually regarded as an innovation. This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter briefly describes the research background, purpose and significance of coal enterprise informatization, and explains the research methods and structural arrangements of the paper. The second chapter briefly introduces the theories related to the construction of enterprise informatization, which provides a useful methodology for the follow-up research, and makes a deep analysis of the application environment and characteristics of the informatization of coal enterprises. In the third chapter, combined with the present situation and existing problems of the backward information level after the establishment of S Group, the demand of the next construction of the enterprise is analyzed, and the preliminary goal is established. Chapter 4 first expounds the system scheme established after demonstration, clarifies the research object and research content, and then discusses the solutions of decision-making level, management layer, business layer and IT environment layer in the system respectively. The fifth chapter analyzes the implementation effect of the systematic construction scheme from all aspects through the application of the systematic construction for a period of time, and explains the existing problems. Chapter 6 summarizes the main contents of the full text. Based on information technology and group management and control theory, this paper analyzes the needs of information construction after the successful transformation of coal enterprises, and puts forward the objectives, methods, comprehensive research and analysis for the high level after the change of backward and simple present situation. The convenient and practical implementation scheme at the middle level, grass-roots level and technical level has solved the urgent problems faced by enterprises after the reorganization, increased the intensity of management, reduced the management cost, prevented the data from being timely, and made it difficult to collect and analyze. Sometimes even can not understand the real business situation of subordinate enterprises and other issues, managers at all levels can systematically understand the operating status of each ownership company at any time, quickly grasp the situation, and improve the quality level of management from the technical point of view.
