中国电动汽车商业生态系统的多种模式比较分析

【摘要】:作为解决能源和环境问题的重要手段,电动汽车的发展前景广阔。目前我国电动汽车存在产品售价高、市场需求弱、技术的主导设计没有形成等问题,如何进行市场化和商业化仍需进一步探索。商业模式创新是实现产业快速发展的重要手段。因此,本文从商业生态系统的角度,研究中国电动汽车商业生态系统的多种商业模式,具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。本文选取杭州、深圳、北京、合肥四个典型性城市作为案例研究对象,综合采用社会网络分析法、跨案例比较法,从动态的角度分析了各城市商业生态系统的形成过程。首先,介绍和分析了前人对于商业生态系统、利益相关者、商业模式创新的研究,总结文献的可借鉴之处和不足之处,提出本文的研究内容。其次,系统性地描述了中国电动汽车产业的发展历程,将其分为产业萌芽探索期、产业初始培育期、产业发展期,并分析了电动汽车产业中的关键利益相关者在三个发展阶段的表现。再次,在理论基础上,从商业生态系统的利益相关者出发,从动态角度对各个城市的商业生态系统进行深入研究,包括产业基础(整车厂厂商和关键零部件厂商)、运营模式(运营商)、基础设施建设(政府和运营商)、新能源汽车市场示范情况(消费者)、新能源汽车主要扶持政策(政府)。第四,基于四种商业模式,分析在“构建-管理”商业生态系统两阶段过程中的“价值创造”和“价值获取”机制,通过跨案例分析的方法,比较四城市电动汽车产业的商业模式。最后,在全文的基础上提出研究结论及建议。

[Abstract]:As an important means to solve energy and environmental problems, the development prospect of electric vehicles is broad. At present, there are some problems in electric vehicles in China, such as high price, weak market demand and no formation of the leading design of technology. How to carry out marketization and commercialization still needs to be further explored. Business model innovation is an important means to realize the rapid development of industry. Therefore, from the perspective of commercial ecosystem, this paper studies a variety of business models of electric vehicle commercial ecosystem in China, which is of great theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Beijing and Hefei are selected as the case study objects, and the formation process of the commercial ecosystem of each city is analyzed from the dynamic point of view by using the social network analysis method and the cross-case comparison method. First of all, this paper introduces and analyzes the previous research on business ecosystem, stakeholders and business model innovation, summarizes the references and shortcomings of the literature, and puts forward the research content of this paper. Secondly, it systematically describes the development process of China's electric vehicle industry, which is divided into three stages: the budding exploration period, the initial cultivation period and the industrial development period, and analyzes the performance of the key stakeholders in the electric vehicle industry in the three stages of development. Thirdly, on the basis of theory, starting from the stakeholders of business ecosystem, this paper makes a deep study on the business ecosystem of each city from a dynamic point of view, including industrial foundation (whole plant manufacturers and key parts manufacturers), operation mode (operators), infrastructure construction (government and operators), market demonstration of new energy vehicles (consumers), and the main supporting policies of new energy vehicles (government). Fourth, based on four business models, this paper analyzes the mechanism of "value creation" and "value acquisition" in the process of "building-managing" business ecosystem, and compares the business models of electric vehicle industry in four cities by means of cross-case analysis. Finally, on the basis of the full text, the research conclusions and suggestions are put forward.
