人格特质对石油工人不安全行为作用机理分析

【摘要】:石油是重要的能源与基础性产品,对我国经济发展十分重要。近年来,虽然石油企业安全生产形势有所好转,但是,安全生产形势仍然不容忽视。大量的石油安全生产事故统计结果显示,人的不安全行为所导致的石油生产事故比例达到80%以上。而人格特质是影响石油工人不安全行为的重要因素,鉴于此,有必要探究石油工人人格特质对其不安全行为的深层影响机理,为从人格特质的视角有效减少石油工人的不安全行为提供理论依据。本文以石油工人人格特质八个维度为外源变量,通过实证研究的方法组建“人格特质—不安全心理—不安全行为”模型,分析了石油工人人格特质构成要素和维度划分。以华北油田第一采油厂为例,利用结构方程模型进行实证分析和检验,用AMOS20.0对设定的模型进行拟合、评估、改正,并最终确定了石油工人人格特质—不安全行为关系模型。通过研究发现,人格特质中的:理解型人格、情感型人格、外倾型人格、直觉型人格正向促进不安全心理;相反地,思维型人格、判断型人格、感觉型人格负向促进不安全心理;不安全心理正向促进不安全行为。模型中内倾型人格与不安全心理的之间的联系不明显,不安全行为受内倾型人格的作用效果不显著。最后,提出对石油工人人格选拔及培养的对策与建议。通过人格特质选拔与培养,为不安全行为预防提供了新的思路,对搞好油田安全生产和防止危险事故发生具有重要的现实意义。

[Abstract]:Oil is an important energy and basic product, which is very important to the economic development of our country. In recent years, although the situation of production safety in oil enterprises has improved, the situation of production safety can not be ignored. A large number of oil production accidents show that the proportion of oil production accidents caused by human unsafe behavior is more than 80%. Personality traits are an important factor affecting the unsafe behavior of oil workers. In view of this, it is necessary to explore the deep influence mechanism of oil workers' personality traits on their unsafe behavior, so as to provide a theoretical basis for effectively reducing the unsafe behavior of oil workers from the perspective of personality traits. Taking eight dimensions of personality traits of oil workers as exogenous variables, this paper establishes a model of "personality traits-unsafe psychology-unsafe behavior" by means of empirical research, and analyzes the constituent elements and dimensions of personality traits of oil workers. Taking the first oil production plant of Huabei Oilfield as an example, the structural equation model is used for empirical analysis and test, and AMOS20.0 is used to fit, evaluate and correct the set model, and finally the relationship model between personality traits and unsafe behavior of oil workers is determined. Through the study, it is found that comprehension personality, emotional personality, extroversion personality and intuitive personality positively promote unsafe psychology; on the contrary, thinking personality, judgment personality and sensory personality negatively promote unsafe psychology; unsafe psychology positively promotes unsafe behavior. In the model, the relationship between introverted personality and unsafe psychology is not obvious, and the effect of unsafe behavior on introverted personality is not significant. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions for the selection and cultivation of oil workers' personality are put forward. Through the selection and cultivation of personality traits, this paper provides a new idea for the prevention of unsafe behavior, which is of great practical significance for the safety of oil field production and the prevention of dangerous accidents.
