矿地统筹发展及关键技术探讨

【摘要】:正我国作为矿业大国,煤矿开采造成土地占压、沉陷、挖损等土地破坏,直接导致耕地面积的减少和耕地质量的下降,随着矿产资源枯竭,大量工矿用地闲置、废弃。根据新中国成立以来煤炭产量约376亿吨计算,目前采煤塌陷破坏土地约75.2万公顷。矿产资源在开采、加工、运输过程中对自然生态系统产生较大干扰,导致矿区生态系统功能紊乱。据统计,目前我国有54座城市陷入"矿竭城衰"的困境。为化解日益突出的矿地矛盾,笔者依托"十二五"国家科技支撑计划项目
[Abstract]:As a large mining country, coal mining in China results in land occupation, subsidence, excavation and other land destruction, which directly leads to the reduction of cultivated land area and the decline of cultivated land quality. with the depletion of mineral resources, a large number of industrial and mining land is idle and abandoned. According to the calculation of coal production of about 37.6 billion tons since the founding of New China, coal mining collapse destroys about 752000 hectares of land. Mineral resources interfere with the natural ecosystem in the process of mining, processing and transportation, which leads to the dysfunction of the mining ecosystem. According to statistics, at present, 54 cities in China are trapped in the predicament of "exhausted city decline". In order to resolve the increasingly prominent contradiction of mining and land, the author relies on the 12th five-year Plan of National Science and Technology support Plan.
