汽车零部件供应商选择的权重分析法及其应用

【摘要】：分析了汽车零部件供应商的特点和优势,提出了基于汽车零部件企业的权重分析法,阐述了该方法的基本原理和实际应用。基于专家经验判断,建立供应商评价体系并计算合成权重因数,最终构建评价模型。案例分析表明:采用合成权重分析法,能够客观、科学、有效地进行汽车零部件供应商评定,从而选出最优的供应商。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the characteristics and advantages of auto parts supplier, and puts forward the weight analysis method based on auto parts enterprise, and expounds the basic principle and practical application of the method. Based on the expert experience judgment, the supplier evaluation system is established and the synthetic weight factor is calculated, and the evaluation model is finally constructed. The case analysis shows that by using the synthetic weight analysis method, the supplier of auto parts can be evaluated objectively and scientifically, and the optimal supplier can be selected.
