【摘要】：随着我国外商直接投资(FDI)的大量引进和就业压力的不断增加，外商直接投资对我国就业的影响受到越来越多关注。制造业不仅是吸收外商直接投资最多的行业，也是我国就业人员最多的行业。因此，以制造业为切入点探讨外商直接投资是否对我国制造业就业产生影响以及产生什么样的影响有着一定现实意义。本文运用定性与定量分析、实证与规范分析相结合的方法，分别从就业量、就业质量两个方面研究外商直接投资对我国制造业就业的影响。主要内容如下：首先对外商直接投资与就业关系的理论进行了简单介绍；其次详细介绍了外商直接投资对我国制造业就业影响的现状；然后对外商直接投资对制造业就业量的影响进行了剖析，通过单根检验、协整检验和格兰杰因果检验，得出外商直接投资与制造业就业量之间存在长期的稳定关系，外商直接投资的增加可以带动我国制造业就业量的增加；接着分析了外商直接投资对制造业就业质量的影响，简单介绍了外商直接投资对就业质量的影响机制且利用道格拉斯生产函数建立模型，模型结果表明外商直接投资能够提高制造业工资水平。最后，根据前文分析得出了“外商直接投资对我国制造业就业量产生长期的影响，外商直接投资的增加能够促进我国制造业就业人数的增加；外商直接投资有利于我国制造业就业质量的提高”结论，之后提出了政策建议。
[Abstract]:With the introduction of foreign direct investment (FDI) and the increasing pressure of employment in China. More and more attention is paid to the influence of foreign direct investment on employment in China. Manufacturing industry is not only the industry that absorbs the most foreign direct investment, but also the industry with the largest number of employees. It is of practical significance to discuss whether foreign direct investment (FDI) has an impact on the employment of manufacturing industry in China and what kind of impact it has. This paper uses the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis, empirical and normative analysis, respectively from the employment volume. The main contents are as follows: firstly, the theory of the relationship between FDI and employment is briefly introduced; Secondly, it introduces the current situation of foreign direct investment (FDI) on the employment of manufacturing industry in China. Then the impact of foreign direct investment on manufacturing employment is analyzed, through single root test, cointegration test and Granger causality test. It is concluded that there is a long-term stable relationship between foreign direct investment and manufacturing employment, and the increase of foreign direct investment can lead to the increase of manufacturing employment in China. Then it analyzes the impact of foreign direct investment on the quality of manufacturing employment, briefly introduces the impact mechanism of foreign direct investment on the quality of employment and establishes a model by using Douglas production function. The results of the model show that FDI can improve the wage level of manufacturing industry. Finally, according to the previous analysis, we draw the conclusion that "the effect of FDI on the employment growth period of manufacturing industry in China". The increase of foreign direct investment can promote the increase of manufacturing employment in China. Foreign direct investment (FDI) is beneficial to the improvement of the quality of manufacturing employment in China.
