农村金融发展与农村经济增长关系的实证研究

【摘要】：在长期的二元经济体制格局下,如何促进农村与城市协调发展成为一个重要课题。在关注农村经济增长问题时,农村金融的作用被认为是核心问题之一。近年来,国家越来越重视农村金融的发展,近期国务院出台了《关于金融服务“三农”发展的若干意见》,力促金融服务“三农”,为农村经济增长注入活力。本文先是对金融发展、农村金融等相关理论进行了归类总结,然后对我国农村金融、农村经济发展现状进行数据描述和分析,通过对近些年的各项重要指标比较以及相关制度的分析,总结出了当前农村金融发展存在的问题：出于制度因袭等多方面原因,农村金融的相对外生性,对农村经济的发展作用是比较有限的。金融供给理论与金融需求理论分别从不同角度总结了金融发展对于经济增长的影响,那么在当下我国农村地区,农村金融与农村经济增长之间到底是一种什么样的关系呢?本文采用多变量VAR分析方法,对农村经济增长变量与农村金融发展规模变量、农村金融发展效率变量、农村金融发展结构变量进行协整检验,建立向量误差修正模型,并采用Granger因果检验方法检验农村经济增长变量与农村金融发展各变量之间的关系。关于农村问题的实证分析由于数据庞杂、口径不一,指标选取的不一结论也会不一样,本文在总结前人文献的基础之上,精选指标,无论是农村GDP还是金融发展的指标选取都结合了我国当下的国情,具有现实意义。文章的最后,基于理论和实证研究,针对我国农村金融发展中存在的问题提出建议,以期农村金融更好地与农村经济相适应,促进农村经济的健康发展。
[Abstract]:In the long-term dual economic system, how to promote the coordinated development of rural and urban has become an important issue, while paying close attention to the problem of rural economic growth. The role of rural finance is regarded as one of the core issues. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the development of rural finance. Efforts to promote financial services, rural areas and farmers for rural economic growth injected vitality. In this paper, the financial development, rural finance and other related theories are classified and summarized, and then the current situation of rural finance and rural economic development in China are described and analyzed. Through the comparison of various important indicators in recent years and the analysis of relevant systems, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the development of rural finance at present: the relative externality of rural finance is due to various reasons, such as institutional inheritance. To the development of rural economy is more limited. The theory of financial supply and the theory of financial demand have summed up the impact of financial development on economic growth from different angles, then in the current rural areas of China. What is the relationship between rural finance and rural economic growth? This paper uses the multivariate VAR analysis method to test the rural economic growth variable and the rural financial development scale variable, the rural financial development efficiency variable, the rural financial development structure variable. The vector error correction model is established and the Granger causality test is used to test the relationship between the variables of rural economic growth and the variables of rural financial development. The empirical analysis of rural problems due to the complex data, different caliber, the different conclusions of index selection will be different, this paper summarizes the previous literature on the basis of the selection of indicators. Whether rural GDP or financial development indicators are combined with the current situation of China, has practical significance. Finally, based on theoretical and empirical research. In view of the problems existing in the development of rural finance in China, some suggestions are put forward in order to better adapt the rural finance to the rural economy and promote the healthy development of the rural economy.
