【摘要】：现阶段,信托产品以其高收益、低风险的特性已经成为国民理财的重要投资方向,信托资金倾向于投资高利润增长的房地产、基础设施和矿产能源等资金密集型行业。未来十年,随着我国产业结构的升级,养老、REITs地产、旅游、动漫和小微企业等五个领域有望为信托资金提供新的投资空间。
