【摘要】：改革开放以来，我国经济高速发展，发展速度之快世界罕见，被称为“中国奇迹”。而在这一高速发展的背后外商直接投资功不可没。外商直接投资从无到有，截止2012年底累计实际投资金额达到12761.08亿美元，已经成为我国利用外资的主要方式。在目前我国实施全面协调可持续发展的战略背景下，重新审视外商直接投资对我国经济增长的影响，对高效利用外商直接投资促进我国经济的增长具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文通过理论分析与实证分析的方法，，研究外商直接投资对我国经济增长的影响。其中实证分析是从两个角度进行，一个是我国外商直接投资与经济增长的关系实证，采用协整检验、格兰杰因果检验以及加入滞后变量检验外商直接投资对经济增长的影响；另一个是外商直接投资对我国经济增长的作用实证，主要是基于外商直接投资的内生性，采用联立方程组的分析框架进行实证分析。实证结果表明：无论是考察外商直接投资与经济增长的关系，还是单独将外商直接投资作为一种资本考察其对经济增长的直接作用，外商直接投资对我国经济增长都具有积极的促进作用；外商直接投资在我国具有不显著的资本挤出效应和显著的技术溢出效应；我国经济增长和市场开放度对吸引外商直接投资的作用显著。最后结合分析的结果，给出进一步高效利用外商直接投资促进我国经济增长的建议对策。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of China's economy is rare in the world. It is called the "Chinese miracle". But behind this rapid development, foreign direct investment (FDI) can not be ignored. Foreign direct investment (FDI) begins from scratch. As of end of 2012, the total amount of actual investment has reached one tillion two hundred and seventy-six billion one hundred and eight million US dollars, which has become the main way of utilizing foreign capital in our country. Under the background of implementing the strategy of overall coordinated and sustainable development in our country at present. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to re-examine the influence of foreign direct investment (FDI) on China's economic growth and to make efficient use of foreign direct investment (FDI) to promote China's economic growth. This paper studies the impact of foreign direct investment (FDI) on China's economic growth through theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, among which the empirical analysis is carried out from two angles. The first is the empirical study of the relationship between FDI and economic growth, which uses cointegration test, Granger causality test and the addition of lag variables to test the impact of FDI on economic growth. The other is the effect of foreign direct investment on China's economic growth, mainly based on the endogenous nature of foreign direct investment. The empirical results show that the relationship between foreign direct investment (FDI) and economic growth is investigated. Or the foreign direct investment as a kind of capital to examine its direct effect on the economic growth, the foreign direct investment has the positive promotion function to our country's economic growth; Foreign direct investment (FDI) has not significant capital extrusion effect and significant technology spillover effect in China. China's economic growth and market openness play a significant role in attracting foreign direct investment (FDI). Finally, combining with the results of the analysis, some suggestions on how to further utilize FDI to promote China's economic growth are put forward.
