【摘要】：改革开放以来,环渤海区域经济发展飞快,同时天津滨海新区被定位为国家发展战略以来,正在加速发展成为我国的第三经济增长极,整个环渤海地区迎来飞速发展的全新时代。与此同时,世界经济全球化与区域经济一体化早已成为当今世界经济发展的主流,我国环渤海地区区域经济一体化也在快速的发展中。金融是现代经济的核心要素,是资金聚集与再分配的有力杠杆,具有加快资本流通效率、促进社会财富的增加、推动实体经济发展的强大功效。环渤海区域经济一体化是全方位的一体化,但其中金融方面的协调与合作是非常关键的一环。充分进行环渤海区域金融的协调与合作,能有效而充分地发挥金融对环渤海经济的推动作用,加快环渤海区域经济一体化的进程。因此,研究环渤海区域金融协调,构建金融协调与合作机制具有重要意义。本文运用文献分析法、逻辑分析法与比较分析法,探索在环渤海地区金融如何协调才能发挥推动区域经济发展的强有力作用。在借鉴国内外金融学、区域经济学研究成果的同时,结合国内外区域金融协调与区域经济一体化发展的成功经验,从区域经济协调发展的角度,对环渤海地区金融协调合作的基本因素进行深入探讨,分析了目前环渤海区域经济一体化中金融协调的现状及存在问题,并从区域发展战略的高度提出完善区域金融协调的合理性建议,推动区域金融的良性发展,进而有力促进区域经济一体化的深入发展。

At the same time, the world economic globalization and regional economic integration have become the mainstream of world economic development. China's regional economic integration in Bohai area is also in fast development. Finance is the core of modern economy, is a powerful lever for capital accumulation and redistribution, with accelerating capital circulation efficiency, promote the increase of social wealth, powerful effect to promote the development of the real economy. Regional economic integration is the integration of the Bohai ring full range of but the financial aspects of the coordination and cooperation is very important. Good coordination and cooperation in regional financial Bohai ring, can Effective and full play the role of Finance in promoting the economic development of Bohai, and speed up the process of regional economic integration in Bohai rim. Therefore, it is significant to study the financial coordination in Bohai rim and build a mechanism of financial coordination and cooperation.
This paper uses literature analysis method, logical analysis method and comparative analysis method to explore in the area around Bohai to play a strong role to financial coordination in promoting regional economic development. In reference to the domestic and foreign finance, regional economics research results at the same time, combined with the successful experience of the development of domestic and international regional financial coordination and regional economic integration, from the coordinated development regional economic point of view, to explore the basic factors of Bohai rim financial cooperation, analyzes the current situation and existing financial ring coordinated regional economic integration in Bohai, and put forward reasonable suggestions to improve the regional financial coordination from the regional development strategy, and promote the sound development of the regional finance, and promote the further development of the regional economic integration.
