D银行湖北省分行中小企业贷款绩效评价研究

【摘要】:过去商业银行为降低信贷风险,贷款往往提供给年销售收入3,000万元以上的大型客户,导致一批批中小企业陷入融资难的困境。据统计,2013年我国中小企业创造的最终产品和服务价值相当于国内生产总值(GDP)总量的60%,完成了80%以上的新产品开发。从目前市场情况来看,各商业银行之间因为产品和服务的同质化问题比较严重,相互争夺客户,抢夺存款资源的情况较为普遍。此外,互联网金融的创新模式提供给中小企业更容易便捷的融资方式,导致商业银行的中小企业贷款竞争越来越激烈。D银行湖北省分行(以下简称“D银行”)自2003年开展中小企业贷款业务以来,与政府、小额信贷公司长期合作的创新贷款模式使其保持低廉的成本优势,积极带动湖北省内经济发展。本文通过创新Kaplan和Norton提出的平衡记分卡四个维度,重点突显D银行履行社会责任这块,形成了由财务维度、客户维度、内部流程维度、学习和成长维度和社会责任维度组成的平衡记分卡指标体系,以综合评价中小企业贷款绩效。评价结果显示,2013年D银行中小企业贷款业务整体表现为比较满意,值得关注的是其财务维度和客户维度。因此,针对D银行发展中小企业贷款业务,在宏观层面,建议政府部门尽快构建完善的中小企业信用风险识别和计量体系;在微观层面,建议D银行采取最优用户体验的创新银行模式以及提高其固定资金贷款收入这块的贷款利率,而维持流动资金贷款这块的贷款利率不变。最后,通过采纳上述合理建议,D银行能长期实现差异化和盈利化,也就是既和商业银行中小企业贷款方式明显不同,又能显著支持实体经济的持续发展。
[Abstract]:In the past, in order to reduce the credit risk, commercial banks often provided loans to large customers with annual sales income of more than 3, 10,000 yuan, resulting in a lot of small and medium-sized enterprises falling into the dilemma of financing. According to statistics. In 2013, the final product and service value created by the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country was equal to the gross domestic product (GDP) of 80% or more, and more than 80% new products were developed. Due to the homogeneity of products and services, the commercial banks compete with each other for customers and seize the resources of deposits. In addition, it is very common for commercial banks to solve the problem of homogenization of products and services. The innovative mode of Internet finance provides small and medium-sized enterprises with easier and more convenient financing methods. As a result of the commercial banks of SMEs loan competition is becoming more and more fierce .D Bank Hubei Branch (hereinafter referred to as "D Bank") since 2003 to launch the SME loan business, with the government. The innovative lending model of long-term cooperation of microfinance companies allows them to maintain low cost advantages. By innovating the four dimensions of balanced Scorecard proposed by Kaplan and Norton, this paper highlights D Bank's social responsibility and forms the financial dimension. Customer dimension, internal process dimension, learning and growth dimension and social responsibility dimension constitute of balanced scorecard index system to comprehensively evaluate SME loan performance. The evaluation results show. In 2013, the small and medium-sized enterprise loan business of bank D was satisfied, and the financial dimension and customer dimension were worthy of attention. Therefore, in view of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises loan business in D bank, it was at the macro level. It is suggested that government departments should establish a perfect credit risk identification and measurement system for small and medium-sized enterprises as soon as possible. At the micro level, it is suggested that bank D should adopt the innovative banking model of the optimal user experience and raise the loan interest rate of its fixed capital loan income, while keeping the loan rate of the working capital loan unchanged. Finally. By adopting the above reasonable suggestions, Bank D can achieve differentiation and profitability for a long time, that is, it can support the sustainable development of the real economy significantly, which is different from the loan mode of small and medium-sized enterprises in commercial banks.
