基于结构方程模型的大学生信用评价研究

【摘要】：随着市场经济的发展，信用在市场中变得日益重要。在推动征信体系建设方面，个人信用评价有着基础和核心的作用，而大学生群体作为个人的一部分，其具备高素质、高学历等特点，对其进行信用评价有着重要意义。本文通过问卷调查的方式来获取数据，以云南省的主要高校的大学生数据为样本，采用结构方程模型对影响大学生信用的因素进行实证研究。首先，本文对大学生信用评价的内涵和外延进行阐述，分析大学生信用评价的概念和特点，并对结构方程方法和其他方法进行对比分析。通过阅读相关文献和总结信用相关理论，本文把大学生信用评价分为七个因子，并围绕七个因子进行问卷设计。其次，本文运用SPSS软件对问卷进行信度和效度分析，以此来筛选指标。本文采用Cronbach’s Alpha系数对问卷的信度进行分析，采用因子分析对问卷的效度进行分析。在因子分析中，采用主成分提取因子的方法来提取贡献率大的因子。同时，通过旋转成分矩阵删除了一些题项，得到一个新的结构方程模型。接着，本文运用AMOS对所建模型进行拟合度分析。经过不断的调试和拟合度的修正，得到了一个简化的结构方程模型。即大学生信用评价应该包括学习信用评价、经济信用评价、生活信用评价三个方面。最后，，分析学习信用评价、经济信用评价、生活信用评价对大学生信用评价的影响及其每个筛选出的题项对学习信用评价、经济信用评价、生活信用评价的影响。根据分析得出结论，本文基于影响因素的层面提出如何构建大学生诚信档案和搭建大学生信用信息共享平台的建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy, credit becomes more and more important in the market. In promoting the construction of credit system, personal credit evaluation plays a basic and core role, and college students as a part of the individual. It has the characteristics of high quality, high education and so on. It is of great significance to evaluate its credit. This paper obtains the data by questionnaire, taking the data of the main colleges and universities in Yunnan Province as the sample. The structural equation model is used to study the factors influencing the credit of college students. First of all, this paper expounds the connotation and extension of college students' credit evaluation, and analyzes the concept and characteristics of college students' credit evaluation. By reading the relevant literature and summarizing the credit theory, this paper divides the credit evaluation of college students into seven factors, and designs the questionnaire around the seven factors. Secondly, this paper uses SPSS software to analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, so as to screen the indicators. This paper uses the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient to analyze the reliability of the questionnaire. Factor analysis was used to analyze the validity of the questionnaire. In factor analysis, the principal component extraction method was used to extract the factors with large contribution rate. At the same time, some items were deleted by rotating component matrix. A new structural equation model is obtained. Then, AMOS is used to analyze the fitting degree of the model. A simplified structural equation model is obtained, that is, the credit evaluation of college students should include three aspects: study credit evaluation, economic credit evaluation and life credit evaluation. Finally, this paper analyzes the impact of study credit evaluation, economic credit evaluation, life credit evaluation on the credit evaluation of college students, and each item selected out of the study credit evaluation, economic credit evaluation. Based on the analysis of the impact of life credit evaluation. Based on the analysis of factors, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to construct college students' credit information sharing platform and how to construct college students' credit files.
