华夏银行大连分行员工培训体系研究

【摘要】:21世纪是一个竞争激烈的时代,其对人才的要求越来越高,人才竞争成为各大企业竞争的焦点。银行,作为一个集综合性、专业性于一体的行业,其对人才的需求更为迫切。在中国,银行业面临的挑战和竞争是多方面的,主要包括业务的同质化、管理思想的落后化以及国际其他外来银行对本土银行的威胁。加之互联网金融的兴起、利率市场化的推进、综合经营的势在必行,这些对银行从业人员的素质提出了更高层次的要求。各大银行为了追赶“时代潮流”,纷纷为各自的员工制定培训计划,以期通过提高员工素质提高银行整体的面貌。但是银行整体的培训体系尚存在诸多问题,比如说缺少核心的组织文化激励员工学习、组织结构尚未健全、培训方式较为单一、培训课程缺乏系统化、培训结果的评估模式形式化等。本文选择华夏银行大连分行作为研究对象,采用问卷调查、访谈等方法,再结合培训理论,发现该银行培训过程中存在的问题,并针对问题提出相应的解决措施。本文的研究意义在于,通过对华夏银行大连分行培训体系的分析,按照培训模型设计出一个适合银行业的新的培训体系。 本文主要分为五个部分。第一章为绪论,主要对本文的研究背景、选题意义以及研究方法进行论述;第二章为员工培训的相关理论及研究现状,梳理国内外学者对该问题的研究以及所提出的相关理论;第三章为华夏银行大连分行的培训现状,介绍该银行相关背景知识、组织结构以及人力资源基本情况的基础上,对该行员工培训的现状进行论述;第四章为对华夏银行大连分行培训体系改进的意见,主要包括完善培训体系、建立保障培训体系实施的措施;第五章为结论与展望,对上述研究再次加以总结,提出适合中国银行业员工培训的培训体系,并对本文的研究不足加以阐述。
[Abstract]:21th century is an era of fierce competition, its demand for talent is becoming higher and higher, talent competition has become the focus of competition among major enterprises. Banks, as a comprehensive, professional industry. The demand for talents is more urgent. In China, the challenges and competition faced by the banking industry are various, including the homogeneity of business. With the backwardness of management thought and the threat of other foreign banks to local banks, the rise of Internet finance and the promotion of interest rate marketization, the comprehensive management is imperative. In order to catch up with the "trend of the times", the major banks have formulated training plans for their employees in order to catch up with the "trend of the times". But there are still many problems in the training system of the bank, such as the lack of core organizational culture to stimulate staff learning, the organizational structure is not yet sound. This paper chooses Dalian Branch of Huaxia Bank as the research object, using questionnaire, interview and other methods. Combined with the training theory, the paper finds the problems in the training process of the bank, and puts forward the corresponding solutions. The significance of this paper is to analyze the training system of Dalian Branch of Huaxia Bank. A new training system suitable for banking is designed according to the training model. This paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly discusses the research background, the significance of the topic and the research methods. The second chapter is the related theory and research status of employee training, combing the domestic and foreign scholars' research on this issue and the related theories put forward; The third chapter is the current situation of the training of Huaxia Bank Dalian Branch, on the basis of the introduction of the bank's background knowledge, organizational structure and basic situation of human resources, this paper discusses the current situation of the staff training of Huaxia Bank. Chapter 4th is the advice on the improvement of the training system of Dalian Branch of Huaxia Bank, including the improvement of the training system and the establishment of measures to ensure the implementation of the training system; Chapter 5th is the conclusion and prospect, summarizes the above research again, puts forward the training system suitable for the training of Chinese banking staff, and expounds the insufficiency of the research in this paper.
