XY银行济南分行企业金融业务转型研究

【摘要】:中国经济走过了快速发展的三十年,在过去的三十年里银行一直为我国经济的发展提供着核心的金融资源支持。但传统的单一银行借贷金融已无法支撑中国经济的再次腾飞,中国的金融环境出现了实质性变化。从利率市场化到金融脱媒再到资本监管的加强,商业银行的金融生存环境出现了急剧变化,同时在这种新环境下,商业银行的内部矛盾不断凸显。这些矛盾体现在自身业务扩张的需求和本身资源有限的矛盾;客户融资需求多元化和本身业务单一的矛盾;客户规模扩张和提升客户收益的矛盾以及客户结构失衡的矛盾。这些矛盾问题已成为套在商业银行业务发展上的枷锁,让其举步维艰,甚至精疲力竭。所以我国商业银行已到了转型的关键节点。 公司业务作为商业银行的主营业务,它的转型发展将对探讨商业银行转型具有实质性意义。本文从XY银行济南分行企业金融业务发展的实际出发,通过理论知识与实践相结合,采用调查法和文献法对XY银行济南分行企业金融业务所处的外部环境和内部情况进行了综合系统的分析。总结出XY银行济南分行企业金融业务面临着利率市场化、金融脱媒、资本监管加强的外部威胁,同时其自身也有产品使用率低,客户粘性差;资源紧张,业务扩张受限;客户基础薄弱,回报率低,稳定性较差;业务同质化严重,盈利结构单一等一系列问题。 通过进一步分析我们可以看出,这些威胁问题其实质上都在引导逼迫着XY银行济南分行企业金融业务朝着四个方向进行业务发展的转变,即资本节约,综合金融,内涵提升,特色化经营。XY银行济南分行的企业金融业务的具体转型策略就是以这四个导向为基础再结合自身的实际情况形成的。即通过新兴业务和考核指标创新实现资本节约;通过加强金融同业合作为客户提供灵活的金融服务方案实现综合金融服务;通过做深做透中小企业市场实现内涵提升;通过绿色金融业务实现差异化特色化经营。 济南分行企金业务的转型,将是一场深刻的内涵转型,这将对济南分行的企金经营人员提出更高的素质要求和技能标准,也将对济南分行企金业务的各项运营提出更多的挑战。所以济南分行要想深刻贯彻企金转型的策略方针,就必须做好相关的保障措施。具体来说,济南分行要从人力资源、组织和考核机制、风险管理、资源配置四个方面做好企金业务转型的保障工作。 以上即为本人结合自身在XY银行济南分行的工作经历,运用所学的知识,对济南分行当前一直在思考的企业金融业务转型问题进行的有针对性的研究。希望通过本文的研究,能对济南分行企金业务转型工作有一定的参考意义和应用价值。
[Abstract]:China's economy has been developing rapidly for 30 years. In the past 30 years, banks have been providing core financial resources for the development of China's economy. However, the traditional single bank lending finance has been unable to support the Chinese economy to take off again. China's financial environment has undergone substantial changes. From the marketization of interest rates to financial disintermediation and then to the strengthening of capital supervision, the financial survival environment of commercial banks has undergone dramatic changes. At the same time, under this new environment, The internal contradictions of commercial banks are constantly highlighted. These contradictions are reflected in the contradictions of their own business expansion needs and their own limited resources, the diversification of customer financing needs and the contradiction of their own single business. The contradiction between the expansion of customer scale and the increase of customer income, as well as the contradiction of customer structure imbalance, have become the shackles of the development of commercial bank business. Even exhausted. So our commercial banks have reached the key point of transformation. Company business as the main business of commercial banks, its transformation and development will be of substantive significance to discuss the transformation of commercial banks. Through the combination of theoretical knowledge and practice, The external environment and internal situation of the financial business of XY Bank Jinan Branch are systematically analyzed by means of investigation method and literature method. It is concluded that the financial business of XY Bank Jinan Branch is facing marketization of interest rate and financial disintermediation. At the same time, it also has its own low utilization rate of products, poor customer stickiness, tight resources, limited business expansion, weak customer base, low rate of return, poor stability, and serious business homogeneity. Profit structure is single and so on a series of problems. Through further analysis, we can see that these threats are actually leading and forcing XY Bank Jinan Branch to change its business development in four directions, namely, capital saving, comprehensive finance, and promotion of connotation. The specific transformation strategy of enterprise financial business in Jinan Branch of XY Bank is formed on the basis of these four orientations and combined with its own actual situation, that is, to realize capital saving through the innovation of new business and examination index; Through strengthening financial interbank cooperation to provide flexible financial services for customers to achieve comprehensive financial services; through deep penetration of small and medium-sized enterprises to achieve the connotation of the market; through green financial services to achieve differentiated characteristics of management. The transformation of Jinan Branch's enterprise fund business will be a profound connotation transformation, which will put forward higher quality requirements and skills standards for the Jinan branch's enterprise capital management personnel. It will also pose more challenges to the various operations of the Jinan Branch's enterprise capital business. Therefore, if the Jinan branch wants to carry out the strategic policy of the transformation of the enterprise fund deeply, it must do a good job of relevant safeguards. Specifically, the Jinan branch must start from the human resources. Organization and evaluation mechanism, risk management, resource allocation four aspects to ensure the business transformation. The above is my own working experience in XY Bank Jinan Branch, using the knowledge learned, Jinan Branch has been thinking about the enterprise financial business transformation problem targeted research. Hope through this study, Jinan Branch can be a certain reference for the business transformation and application value.
