中国农业银行衡阳分行竞争策略分析

【摘要】：面对国际上严峻的竞争局势,中国农业银行作为四大国有商业银行之一,如何在复杂多变的市场环境中充分发挥自己的优势,在当前激烈的竞争环境下维持地位,并为国家经济发展贡献一份力量,是中国农业银行应当思考的问题。作为二级分行的中国农业银行衡阳市分行应当关注自己本区域的竞争力。基于此,本文在大量阅读国内外关于银行竞争策略研究的理论与实证研究的基础之上,论述了竞争策略的相关理论。然后,通过PEST模型对中国农业银行衡阳分行的宏观竞争环境进行了分析,利用五力竞争模型对潜在进入者、购买者、供应者、替代品和现有银行的竞争进行了分析,并运用SWOT模型对其自身的优势和劣势及所处环境的威胁与挑战进行了分析。最后得出中国农业银行衡阳分行在竞争策略方面存在的不足,并根据中国农业银行衡阳分行现存的竞争现状提出了中国农业银行衡阳分行应采取的具体竞争策略,使其提高竞争力。衡阳分行必须提升自己的竞争力,改善经营现状,提升服务质量,才能为中国农业银行的发展贡献力量。
[Abstract]:In the face of the severe international competition situation, the Agricultural Bank of China, as one of the four major state-owned commercial banks, how to give full play to its advantages in the complex and changeable market environment and maintain its position in the current fierce competition environment. And contributing to the national economic development is a problem that the Agricultural Bank of China should consider. As a secondary branch of the Agricultural Bank of China, the Hengyang Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China should pay attention to the competitiveness of its own region. Based on this, On the basis of reading a large number of domestic and foreign theories and empirical studies on the competitive strategies of banks, this paper discusses the relevant theories of competitive strategies. This paper analyzes the macro competition environment of Hengyang Branch of Agricultural Bank of China through PEST model, and analyzes the competition of potential entrants, buyers, suppliers, substitutes and existing banks by using the five-force competition model. SWOT model is used to analyze its own strengths and weaknesses and the threats and challenges of its environment. Finally, the disadvantages of Hengyang Branch of Agricultural Bank of China in competition strategy are obtained. According to the existing competition situation of Hengyang Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, the paper puts forward the specific competitive strategy that should be adopted by Hengyang Branch of Agricultural Bank of China to improve its competitiveness. Only by improving the quality of service can we contribute to the development of the Agricultural Bank of China.
