【摘要】：商业银行是否愿意承担风险,是否能够妥善控制和管理信贷风险,将决定商业银行的经营成败。近年来,国内外经济金融形势复杂多变,国家宏观政策和银行监管措施不断调整,解决我国商业银行新形势下信贷风险管理问题已成为国内银行的当务之急。贷后风险管理作为商业银行信贷风险管理的重要一环不容忽视,但目前国内商业银行、特别是中小银行对贷后风险管理的重视程度往往不够,理论界也缺乏专门的研究。贷后风险管理的目标不仅仅是保证贷款安全,更要通过贷后管理,提高新增贷款审批质量,建立良好的银企关系,使客户认识到银行进行贷后风险管理不仅是提高自身的风险管理能力,也有助于客户自身的稳健经营和科学发展。
[Abstract]:Whether commercial banks are willing to take risks, and whether they can properly control and manage credit risks will determine the success or failure of commercial banks. In recent years, the economic and financial situation at home and abroad has been complicated and changeable. The state macro policies and bank supervision measures have been constantly adjusted, To solve the problem of credit risk management in the new situation of commercial banks in China has become an urgent matter for domestic banks. As an important part of credit risk management of commercial banks, post-loan risk management cannot be ignored, but at present, domestic commercial banks, In particular, small and medium-sized banks often pay less attention to post-loan risk management, and theoretical circles also lack special research. The goal of post-loan risk management is not only to ensure loan safety, but also to improve the quality of new loan approval through post-loan management. Establishing a good relationship between banks and enterprises makes customers realize that bank risk management after loan is not only to improve their own risk management ability, but also conducive to their own steady management and scientific development.
