如何遏制基层银行违规——基于进化博弈的分析

【摘要】：本文假设博弈方均为有限理性,建立了基层银行违规问题的进化博弈模型。首先,建立基层银行之间的博弈模型,并辅以情景分析。然后,建立基层银行与监管部门之间的博弈模型,并分析各种可能情况。最后在模型与情景分析的基础上提出具体建议。建议是:在银行方面,要提高合规收益,加大违规成本,切不可"法不责众",并针对不同情况采取不同措施;在监管部门方面,加大对监管部门的奖惩,降低监管成本。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the evolutionary game model of the violation problem of grass-roots banks is established on the assumption that all the players are bounded rational. Firstly, the game model between the grassroots banks is established, and then the scenario analysis is used. Establish a game model between grass-roots banks and regulators, and analyze various possible situations. Finally, on the basis of the model and scenario analysis, specific suggestions are put forward. We must not "blame the public" and take different measures according to different situations. In the aspect of supervision, we should increase the reward and punishment of the supervision department and reduce the supervision cost.
