中型股份制商业银行“居家金融”创新研究

【摘要】:发展零售银行业务是全球银行业的重要趋势之一,国际大型银行的零售业务利润占比一般在40%-60%,其利润来源大都呈现出由以公司业务为主。在我国,随着银行业竞争加剧、公民金融消费意识增强,住房、汽车、教育、旅游等居民消费将成为未来几年的经济发展热点。据国务院发展研究中心预计,到2015年消费占GDP比重将达到40%。个人消费大幅增长和家庭财富激增,这样的经济现实要求银行必须越来越关注以家庭为对象的业务发展。但是,中型股份商业银行在零售业务发展中,存在客户获取能力、业务规模发展等方面问题,零售业务仍需进一步创新发展。文章通过研究发现,现存的银行零售业务已经无法满足客户对资产管理的需求。未来银行零售业务发展必须关注以“家庭”为对象的金融服务。通过对中型股份制商业银行和家庭理财现状分析,文章提出了一种零售业务的创新模式——居家金融。文章所谈的“居家金融”就是在以“家庭”为对象的金融服务基础上对银行零售业务的创新。由此,文章接下来对居家金融进行阐述。首先,从概念和理论上对居家金融进行初步的介绍。重点说明了居家金融所包含的特征和内容,和家庭金融、家庭理财等概念进行区分。其次,文章系统论述了居家金融的业务设计,主要是从组织结构、产品设计和系统设计等方面进行阐述。最后,文章通过以Z银行F省分行“存贷宝”业务为例进行案例分析,模拟居家金融业务营销效果。案例分析中营销效果预测,居家金融业务的客户数新增和存款新增是传统模式的六倍以上。案例分析说明居家金融服务对银行和客户来说是双赢的,为银行带来利润和市场,为客户带来优质服务和更好地增值家庭财富。文章结论认为居家金融业务的创新性设想是适合中型股份制商业银行未来的发展。文章中居家金融的创新提出对银行零售业务发展和家庭财富的积累意义重大。开展居家金融业务有利于银行业实现综合化、差异化经营。实现业务的多元化,增强商业银行的可持续发展能力。开展居家金融服务完全符合现代商业银行发展趋势,有利于改善经营状况,扩展零售业务功能,并能大力支撑商业银行持续经营发展。居家金融服务整合家庭资源能更好实现家庭财富增值,这有利于构建家庭和谐环境。
[Abstract]:The development of retail banking business is one of the important trends of the global banking industry. The proportion of the retail business profits of the international large banks is generally in the range of 40% to 60%, and most of their profit sources are mainly from the company business. In China, with the competition of the banking industry intensifying, Citizens' financial consumption awareness will increase, and residents' consumption of housing, cars, education and tourism will become the focus of economic development in the next few years. According to the State Council Development Research Center, By 2015, consumption as a share of GDP will reach 40 percent. The economic reality of a sharp increase in personal consumption and a surge in household wealth requires banks to pay more and more attention to family-oriented business development. In the retail business development of medium stock commercial banks, there are some problems such as customer acquisition ability, business scale development and so on, and the retail business still needs further innovation and development. The existing banking retail business can no longer meet the customer's demand for asset management. In the future, the development of bank retail business must focus on the financial services targeted at "family." by analyzing the current situation of medium-sized joint-stock commercial banks and family finance, This paper puts forward a kind of innovative mode of retail business-home finance. The article talks about "home finance" is the innovation of bank retail business based on the financial service of "family". First of all, the paper gives a preliminary introduction to the home finance from the concept and theory. It focuses on the characteristics and contents of the home finance, and the family finance. Secondly, the article systematically discusses the business design of home finance, mainly from the organizational structure, product design and system design. By taking the "deposit and loan treasure" business of the F province branch of Z Bank as an example, this paper simulates the marketing effect of the home finance business, and forecasts the marketing effect in the case study. The number of new customers and the increase in deposits in the home finance business are more than six times that of the traditional model. The case study shows that home financial services are win-win for both banks and customers, bringing profits and markets to banks. The paper concludes that the innovative assumption of home finance business is suitable for the future development of medium-sized joint-stock commercial banks. In this paper, the innovation of home finance is put forward to the silver. The development of retail business and the accumulation of household wealth are of great significance. Differentiated management. To realize the diversification of business, enhance the ability of sustainable development of commercial banks. The development of home financial services is fully in line with the development trend of modern commercial banks, is conducive to improve the operating conditions, expand the function of retail business, And it can support the continuous development of commercial banks. Home financial services integration of family resources can better realize the value of household wealth, which is conducive to the construction of a harmonious family environment.
