【摘要】：期货在当前的市场经济中,起着发现市场价格、规避市场风险的重要作用。也是各个国家和地区经济发展中必不可少的市场角色,期货这两大基本功能赋予了期货市场具有经济风向标的作用。期货行业也是我国金融行业中非常重要的一个细分行业。YD期货有限公司是我国成立最早的期货公司,是一家以期货经纪业务为主营业务的期货公司,经过期货市场二十多年的洗礼,成为了中国期货市场中的龙头企业。但是近两年来,随着外部环境的不断变化,期货行业的竞争日趋激烈,市场环境也有了新的改变。YD期货有限公司原有的企业战略仅仅停留在管理层的理念阶段,并没有系统的制定和实施,并且原有的战略理念已经不能适应市场的快速发展。如果想在当前飞速发展的期货市场中求得生存和发展,就需要制定出适合企业自身发展需求的发展战略,不断提升企业的核心竞争力,在市场竞争中立于不败之地。本文主要以YD期货有限公司作为研究对象,运用战略管理理论和分析方法对YD期货有限公司进行深入的分析与研究。首先,对企业战略管理相关理论进行研究与总结,得出企业战略管理理论等分析依据。其次,对YD期货有限公司的战略环境进行分析,通过对内外部环境的分析来明确YD期货有限公司的战略环境总体情况。对YD期货有限公司进行SWOT分析,并对其核心竞争力进行分析。在对YD期货有限公司综合分析的基础上,对YD期货有限公司的发展进行战略选择,继而制定发展战略规划,并制定出发展战略实施的对策。本文重点研究了中国期货行业的整体环境,在对期货行业研究的基础上,对YD期货有限公司发展战略进行研究,并得出结论,这有助于管理者从宏观面及行业发展上把握企业的发展方向。同时也为期货行业中的其他机构提供参考,有助于提高我国期货行业的生存能力,对促进期货市场良性健康发展具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Futures play an important role in discovering market prices and avoiding market risks in the current market economy. They are also indispensable market roles in the economic development of various countries and regions. These two basic functions of futures give the futures market the role of economic vane. Futures industry is also a very important subdivision industry in the financial industry of our country. YD Futures Co., Ltd. is the earliest futures company established in our country. Is a futures company with futures brokerage business as its main business. After more than 20 years of baptism in the futures market, it has become a leading enterprise in China's futures market. However, in the last two years, with the continuous changes of the external environment, The competition in the futures industry is becoming more and more fierce, and the market environment has also changed. YD Futures Co., Ltd.'s original corporate strategy only stays at the stage of management concept, and there is no systematic formulation and implementation. If we want to survive and develop in the current rapid development of futures market, we need to formulate a development strategy suitable for the development needs of enterprises themselves, and the original strategic concept can no longer adapt to the rapid development of the market. Constantly improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, in the market competition in an invincible position. This paper mainly take YD Futures Co., Ltd as the research object, Using the strategic management theory and the analysis method to carry on the thorough analysis and the research to the YD futures limited company. First, carries on the research and the summary to the enterprise strategic management correlation theory, obtains the enterprise strategic management theory and so on the analysis basis. Secondly, This paper analyzes the strategic environment of YD Futures Co., Ltd., through the analysis of the internal and external environment to clarify the overall situation of the strategic environment of YD Futures Co., Ltd. SWOT analysis of YD Futures Co., Ltd. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of YD Futures Co., Ltd., the development of YD Futures Co., Ltd. This paper focuses on the overall environment of China's futures industry, studies the development strategy of YD Futures Co., Ltd on the basis of the research on the futures industry, and draws a conclusion. This will help managers grasp the development direction of enterprises from the macro aspect and industry development, and also provide reference for other institutions in the futures industry, and help to improve the viability of China's futures industry. It is of great significance to promote the healthy development of futures market.
