【摘要】：在商业银行之间的合作，已经逐渐成为创新业务新的亮点。XY商业银行出新的同业代理创新业务打开了银行之间合作新的局面。同时XY商业银行的同业代理业务成为了该商业银行的重点盈利业务,中间业务收入已经成为了重要的盈利点其达到了银行间资源共享目的、还为各家银行发挥优势互补提供了平台，以此达到了银行与银行之间的win-win的局面、更是为银行争取到更多的机构客户，而伴随着巨大盈利就是潜在的同业代理风险。这就是我们为什么要研究同业代理业务风险的重要原因。本文将运用定量与定性两种方法相联合，在理论推导验证的的过程中同时配合实证来剖析的方法来进行的研究。将是以XY商业银行同业代理业务作为研究的切入点，阐述了同业发展的国内外发展史重点剖析了代理业务的风险点。在此基础上，从商业银行为了降低经营风险，防范和有效处置风险的目标及全面风险管理理论所建议的选择合适金融代理产品和合作行等理论基础上，建立风险防控体系，制定风险防范的具体步骤和风险管理路径。由本文研究可以得出，在现代金融背景下，利率市场化的基础上，银行为了管理同业代理风险应该采用全面风险管理制度。管理可分为三个步骤来进行，在总体风险管理实施之前，，期间和时候的处理来管理风险，这样就能更好的解决在经营中遇到的同业代理风险问题。并给出了五大建议对策。强调是代理业务风险文化建设；加强规章制度的建设；加强内部控制建设；三是加强专人才培训，建设高质量同业代理业务团队；四是调整绩效考核体系，提高风险管理的有效性；五是加强的研究能力，提高开拓创新水平。
[Abstract]:Cooperation between commercial banks, XY Commercial Bank's new interbank agency innovation business has opened up a new situation of inter-bank cooperation. At the same time, XY commercial bank's interbank agency business has become the commercial bank's key profitable business. Intermediate business income has become an important profit point. It has achieved the purpose of resource sharing among banks, and has also provided a platform for banks to play complementary advantages, thus achieving the situation of win-win between banks. More institutional customers are won over for the banks, and the potential interbank agency risk is accompanied by huge profits. This is why we should study the risk of interbank agency business, which is an important reason for us to study the risk of interbank agency business. In this paper, the quantitative and qualitative methods are used to analyze the research in the process of theoretical derivation and verification, which will be based on the XY commercial bank interbank agency business as the starting point. This paper expounds the development history of the same trade at home and abroad, and analyzes the risk points of agency business. On this basis, in order to reduce the operating risk, Establish a risk prevention and control system on the basis of the objective of preventing and effectively handling risks and the selection of appropriate financial agent products and cooperative banks as recommended by the overall risk management theory. From the research of this paper, we can draw a conclusion that, under the background of modern finance, interest rate marketization is based on the interest rate marketization. Banks should adopt a comprehensive risk management system in order to manage interbank agency risk. The management can be divided into three steps: before, during and when the overall risk management is implemented to manage the risk. In this way, we can solve the problem of agency risk in business better, and put forward five suggestions, emphasizing the construction of risk culture of agency business, strengthening the construction of rules and regulations, strengthening the construction of internal control; The third is to strengthen the training of specialized personnel, to build a high-quality agency business team; fourth, to adjust the performance appraisal system to improve the effectiveness of risk management; fifthly, to strengthen the research ability and improve the level of innovation.
