M商业银行供应链金融业务模式研究

【摘要】:随着社会主义市场经济的快速发展,中小企业已成为市场经济中重要的经济主体,中小企业数量与规模的扩大也使得其融资需求快速膨胀。传统银行授信业务仅关注融资主体及财务数据,但中小企业信息透明度较低、资信不足、社会信用体系不健全造成融资困难,同时,市场经济的快速发展也使得银行等金融机构面临的竞争压力日趋激烈,利润空间的不断萎缩促使它们必须寻找新的客户以及业务增长点。因此,发展供应链金融业务,以供应链的整体优势深入挖掘中小企业客户,成为当前商业银行迅速取得授信业务进一步发展的突破口。但是,目前供应链金融业务在我国商业银行的发展尚处于初期阶段,各项配套设施还不健全,仍然存在很多缺陷与不足。因此,本研究以M银行“1+N”供应链金融业务模式为研究对象,通过对比分析得出供应链金融业务模式的优势与劣势,主要表现在:增强中小企业授信成功率、提高授信审批效率,降低银行信用风险等方面的优势;现存的“1+N”供应链金融业务模式存在授信审批内容不完善、授信审批流程过于繁琐、业务办理流程权责分工不明确等问题。在现存业务模式的基础上,从审批内容、审批流程、业务办理等方面为M银行“1+N”供应链金融业务优化设计提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the socialist market economy, small and medium-sized enterprises have become an important economic subject in the market economy. The expansion of the number and scale of small and medium-sized enterprises also makes their financing demand expand rapidly. Traditional bank credit business only pays attention to financing main body and financial data, but the information transparency of small and medium-sized enterprises is low and the credit is insufficient. The lack of a sound social credit system makes financing difficult. At the same time, the rapid development of the market economy also makes banks and other financial institutions face increasingly fierce competition pressure. The shrinking profit space urges them to find new customers and business growth points. Therefore, the development of supply chain financial business, the overall advantage of the supply chain to dig deep into the customers of small and medium-sized enterprises, It has become a breakthrough point for commercial banks to develop credit business rapidly. However, at present, the development of supply chain financial services in commercial banks in China is still in the initial stage, and the supporting facilities are not perfect. There are still many defects and shortcomings. Therefore, this study takes M Bank "1N" supply chain financial business model as the research object, and obtains the advantages and disadvantages of the supply chain financial business model through comparative analysis. The main results are as follows: enhancing the credit success rate of small and medium-sized enterprises, improving the efficiency of credit approval, reducing the credit risk of banks, and so on, the existing "1N" supply chain financial business model is not perfect in the content of credit approval, The credit approval process is too cumbersome, and the division of powers and responsibilities in the business process is not clear. On the basis of the existing business model, the examination and approval process is based on the contents of the examination and approval. The business management provides a new idea for M Bank's "1 N" supply chain financial business optimization design.
