【摘要】:在当前的商业竞争中,企业之间的已经从产品竞争转移到商业模式的竞争。企业自身通过不同的方式探索适合自身的商业模式,以求在市场中领先竞争对手。在众多的商业模式变革中,成功与否都将留下值得研究的案例。企业商业模式的变革是最根本的保障仍旧是管理层的改革意志和战略远见,最直接的变革方法通常来自一线员工的智慧。商业模式的主体是员工,适合员工的商业模式通常是适合企业的商业模式,因此商业模式的变革应该重点关注商业模式如何发挥员工的智慧。 本文以作者工作的公司凯盛投资咨询公司为研究对象,,分析凯盛投资咨询公司变革商业模式的公司内外部原因,从价值链的角度对凯盛公司的商业模式进行分析和评价。通过分析凯盛公司商业模式中价值活动的重组依据和原则、对比商业模式变革前后的盈利能力验证商业模式变革的成果。在文中重点研究了凯盛公司借助一线员工发起商业模式变革的方法,通过信息系统支持公司各团队的运作的方法,公司团队通过信息系统的支持完成业务运营、业务创新的过程。通过对凯盛公司商业模式变革的研究,可以发现凯盛公司商业模式变革成功的关键因素和可以借鉴的经验,为凯盛公司今后的商业模式发展提供系理论化的依据和系统化的总结,同时为其他公司提供相关的经验借鉴。
[Abstract]:In the current business competition, the competition between enterprises has shifted from product competition to business model competition. In order to lead competitors in the market. In many business model changes, success or failure will leave a case worth studying. The fundamental guarantee of enterprise business model change is still management's will to reform and strategic foresight. The most direct approach to change usually comes from the wisdom of the front-line staff. The main body of the business model is the employee, and the business model suitable for the employee is usually the business-friendly business model. Therefore, the change of business model should focus on how the business model exerts the wisdom of employees. In this paper, the author of the company Kaisheng Investment Consulting Company as the research object, analysis of the internal and external reasons for the reform of the business model of Kaisheng Investment Consulting Company, From the perspective of value chain, this paper analyzes and evaluates the business model of Kesheng Company. By analyzing the basis and principle of the reorganization of value activities in Kisheng's business model, Comparing the profitability of business model before and after the change of business model to verify the results of business model change. In this paper, we focus on the research on the method of business model change initiated by the front line employees, and the method of supporting the operation of each team through information system. Through the research on the change of business model, we can find the key factors of successful change of business model and the experience we can use for reference, through the support of information system to complete the business operation and the process of business innovation, and through the research on the change of business model, we can find the key factors of successful change of business model of Kisheng. It provides theoretical basis and systematic summary for the future development of business model of Kesheng Company, and provides relevant experience for other companies.
