吉信村镇银行发展战略研究

【摘要】:商业银行的经营与发展代表着中国金融企业的发展状况,,而村镇银行的发展又代表着一个地区农村金融市场的成熟度与发展程度。2007年东丰吉信村镇银行正式挂牌成立,作为我国农村金融改革创新的先行军,满足我国“三农”经济持续增长需求的金融服务机构,其按照科学发展观和“统筹城乡经济发展”的新思路,经过多年经营,银行已经成为支持东丰地区经济,服务三农的金融市场重要补充,对经济发展起着至关重要的作用。但是由于它是近几年新兴的农村金融机构,在金融市场日益发达的今天,小型银行面临着多种多样的问题,如规模小、高级人才缺失、资金来源有限、服务体系不健全等,这些问题和发展面临的威胁与考验都要求吉信村镇银行明确市场定位,制定好发展战略目标和具体实施方案。这些内容的研究,不仅有助于吉信今后市场化的经营与发展,更有利于农村金融市场的发展与改革。 第一章是对本次战略研究总的归纳与提炼,包括研究吉信村镇银行背景、意义和具体的研究方法,以便对吉信村镇银行战略分析有清醒的把握和具体的方向指南。 第二章对中国村镇银行及吉信村镇银行产生与发展的归纳和回顾,是对吉信村镇银行纵向发展的理顺,也对吉信现行发展状况做以具体介绍。 第三章通过对吉信村镇银行的环境分析,包括内部环境(经营能力、企业文化)和外部环境(政治法律、经济环境、金融生态环境、同业竞争和科技环境),进行了详细分析,以此为基础,选用SWOT模型分析方法,明确银行在目前条件下所面临的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,制定出SO、WO、ST和WT战略,作为吉信村镇银行远期战略目标设定的具体条件。 第四章首先制定出吉信村镇银行的战略发展目标,基本定位于全心全意服务农村经济、以“小、精、专”为特色的一流村镇银行。并为完成此次目标,在对吉信内外部主客观条件深入分析的基础上,制定了具体的发展战略,包括:区域扩张战略、业务发展战略、客户关系管理战略、科技发展战略和风险控制战略,这些战略是结合了目前政策条件、市场变化和目标客户群金融服务需求等条件基础上的,最后并制定了具体的实施方案,文章主要从全力产品创新,提升服务水平;适度区域合作扩张,创建吉信村镇品牌;加强风险控制,建立现代商业银行制度;树立企业精神,加强人才培育四个方面提出了吉信村镇银行的战略发展实施方案。 文章最后在上面分析的基础上通过对吉信银行发展战略的研究,对战略目标和方案进行了总结,进一步支持吉信走出发展瓶颈期,在保证社会效益和服务三农初衷的同时,增加银行收益,扩大银行规模,促进吉信村镇银行的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:The management and development of commercial banks represent the development of Chinese financial enterprises, and the development of village banks represents the maturity and development of a regional rural financial market.As the leading force of rural financial reform and innovation in our country, the financial service institutions that meet the needs of sustained economic growth in China's "three rural areas" have been operated for many years in accordance with the scientific concept of development and the new idea of "co-ordinating the economic development of urban and rural areas".The bank has become an important supplement to the economy of Dongfeng region and serves the three rural areas. It plays an important role in economic development.However, as it is a newly emerging rural financial institution in recent years, with the increasingly developed financial market, small banks are facing a variety of problems, such as small scale, lack of senior talents, limited sources of funds, imperfect service system, and so on.These problems and the threats and tests of development all require the Jishin Village Bank to define the market position, formulate the development strategy goal and concrete implementation plan.The research of these contents is not only helpful to the management and development of Jixin marketization in the future, but also beneficial to the development and reform of rural financial market.The first chapter is the summary and refining of this strategic research, including the background, significance and specific research methods of Jishin Village Bank, in order to have a clear grasp of the strategic analysis of Jishin Village Bank and specific direction guide.The second chapter summarizes and reviews the emergence and development of China Village Bank and Jisin Village Bank, which is the straightening out of the vertical development of Jissin Village Bank, and also introduces the current situation of Jixin Village Bank.The third chapter analyzes the environment of Jishin Village Bank, including internal environment (management ability, enterprise culture) and external environment (political law, economic environment, financial ecological environment, peer competition and scientific and technological environment).Based on this, SWOT model analysis method is used to determine the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats faced by banks under the present conditions, and the strategies of SOHWOST and WT are worked out as the specific conditions for the long-term strategic objectives of Jishin Village Bank.The fourth chapter first formulates the strategic development goal of Jishin Village Bank, which is basically located in serving the rural economy wholeheartedly, with the characteristics of "small, fine, special" first-class village and town bank.In order to achieve this goal, on the basis of in-depth analysis of internal and external subjective and objective conditions of Jixin, specific development strategies are formulated, including: regional expansion strategy, business development strategy, customer relationship management strategy,Science and technology development strategies and risk control strategies, which are based on current policy conditions, market changes and the needs of financial services for the target customer base. Finally, specific implementation plans have been formulated.The article mainly from the full effort product innovation, promotes the service level; moderate regional cooperation expansion, establishes the Jisin village and town brand; strengthens the risk control, establishes the modern commercial bank system; sets up the enterprise spirit,Four aspects of strengthening the cultivation of talents put forward the implementation plan of the strategic development of Jishin Village Bank.Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, the paper summarizes the strategic objectives and programs through the research on the development strategy of Jissin Bank, and further supports Jixin to walk out of the bottleneck period of development, and at the same time to ensure social benefits and serve the original intention of agriculture, rural areas and farmers.Increase bank income, expand bank scale, promote the sustainable development of Jishin Village Bank.
