中国民生银行企业文化建设研究

【摘要】:企业文化,是一个企业生存和发展的灵魂。自20世纪80年代起,作为一个全新的概念,企业文化被引入到管理学之中,既解读了许多世界知名企业获得巨大成功的根本原因,又为许多寻求发展的企业带来了新的契机,注入了新的活力。作为一种全新的管理思想,企业文化既可以有效的提升企业的经营管理水平,又能增强企业的核心竞争力,促进企业持续不断的发展。加入WTO以后,随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断发展,各商业银行迎来了难得的发展机遇,但与此同时,跨国银行不断的涌入、经济形势的复杂多变也为商业银行的发展带来了挑战。如何适应新的形势,在复杂的经济环境中寻求长期、稳定、健康的发展,成为了我国商业银行新的课题。 在国际上来看,商业银行的企业文化建设早已不是一件新鲜事。美国花旗银行的成功早已向世人展示了其几十年积淀下来的企业文化在其经营发展中所发挥的重要作用。我国商业银行的企业文化建设虽然也稍有起色,但仍存在着认识匮乏、制度不完善以及缺乏特色等局限性。中国民生银行作为我国银行界的一颗新星,以其独特的经营理念和创新精神,探索着传统银行不愿或不敢涉足的领域,并因此得以快速的发展。在17年的发展历程中,中国民生银行在经营管理中逐步建立了优秀的企业文化,反过来,这种独特的文化在其发展中也彰显出巨大的推动作用,使得民生银行在短短几年间就在激烈的竞争中抢占先机、脱颖而出。然而,企业文化并不是一成不变的,因此,民生银行的企业文化建设也需要结合时代的变化而不断的完善和发展,以此提升自身的核心竞争力,为银行发展提供持续的不竭的动力。 本文首先阐述了企业文化的概念、内容、特点、作用等基本理论,,分析了现代商业银行企业文化建设的必要性。然后从国内外商业银行的企业文化现状入手,对中国民生银行的概况、企业文化建设原则、内容做了全方位的梳理,与此同时,笔者还通过调查问卷、访谈等方式就民生银行员工进行了关于银行企业文化建设的相关调查,整理出了民生银行企业文化建设的优势和不足。针对民生银行企业文化建设中存在的问题,深入探讨了其成因,分析了问题的根源所在。以此为基础,结合企业文化的相关理论,有针对性的提出了民生银行企业文化建设的完善措施,希望能够为中国民生银行的企业文化建设提供一个新的思路。
[Abstract]:Corporate culture is the soul of the survival and development of an enterprise.Since the 1980s, as a new concept, corporate culture has been introduced into management, which not only explains the root causes of the great success of many world-famous enterprises, but also brings new opportunities for many enterprises seeking development.A new life was injected.As a new management thought, corporate culture can not only effectively enhance the management level of enterprises, but also enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, and promote the continuous development of enterprises.After China's entry into WTO, with the continuous development of our socialist market economy, commercial banks have ushered in rare opportunities for development, but at the same time, transnational banks are constantly pouring in.The complexity of the economic situation has also brought challenges to the development of commercial banks.How to adapt to the new situation and seek long-term, stable and healthy development in the complex economic environment has become a new topic for commercial banks in China.In the international point of view, the construction of corporate culture of commercial banks has not been a new thing.The success of Citibank has shown the world the important role of its corporate culture in the development of its business.Although the construction of corporate culture of commercial banks in China has improved slightly, there are still some limitations such as lack of understanding, imperfect system and lack of characteristics.As a new star in China's banking sector, Minsheng Bank of China, with its unique management concept and innovative spirit, explores areas that traditional banks do not want or dare not to set foot in, and has thus been able to develop rapidly.In its 17 years of development, the Minsheng Bank of China has gradually established an excellent corporate culture in its operation and management. In turn, this unique culture has also played a huge role in promoting its development.Minsheng Bank in a few short years in the fierce competition to seize the opportunity, stand out.However, corporate culture is not inflexible. Therefore, the construction of enterprise culture of Minsheng Bank also needs to be perfected and developed in the light of the changes of the times in order to enhance its core competitiveness.To provide a sustained and inexhaustible impetus for the development of banks.In this paper, the concept, content, characteristics and function of corporate culture are introduced, and the necessity of the construction of corporate culture in modern commercial banks is analyzed.Then from the domestic and foreign commercial banks corporate culture status quo, the general situation of China's Minsheng Bank, corporate culture construction principles, content to do a comprehensive combing, at the same time, the author also through the questionnaire,Interviews and other ways on the Minsheng Bank staff on the bank corporate culture construction related investigation, sorted out the Minsheng bank enterprise culture construction advantages and disadvantages.In view of the problems existing in the enterprise culture construction of Minsheng Bank, this paper probes into the causes of the problems and analyzes the root of the problems.On this basis, combined with the relevant theories of corporate culture, the paper puts forward the measures to improve the enterprise culture construction of Minsheng Bank, hoping to provide a new way of thinking for the construction of enterprise culture of Minsheng Bank of China.
