石油金融:国际趋势及我国的对策

【摘要】：石油金融是石油与金融系统相互融合的产物,主要表现为金融资源对石油产业、石油市场的支持作用。近年来,国际石油金融呈现出融资渠道多元化、产业资本金融化、石油金融属性强化、石油货币影响国际金融秩序等趋势。我国石油进口依存度不断升高,面临石油价格安全与石油供给安全问题,发展石油金融具有积极的战略意义。在具体发展途径上,可从金融体系对石油供给保障的支持、参与国际石油金融格局、灵活管理石油金融资产、发展石油金融配套服务等方面进行。
[Abstract]:Petroleum finance is the product of the combination of petroleum and financial system, which mainly shows the supporting function of financial resources to petroleum industry and oil market. In recent years, international petroleum finance has shown a trend of diversification of financing channels, financialization of industrial capital, strengthening of oil finance attributes, and oil currency influencing the international financial order. With the increasing dependence on oil import in China, the development of petroleum finance is of active strategic significance because of the problems of oil price security and oil supply security. In the specific way of development, we can support the petroleum supply and guarantee by the financial system, participate in the international petroleum finance pattern, manage the petroleum financial assets flexibly, develop the petroleum finance supporting service and so on.
