商业银行信息化经营模式研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济及金融体制改革步伐的加快,商业银行的经营环境发生了重大而深刻的变化,金融同业竞争日趋激烈,利率市场化改革、互联网金融、信息技术的高速发展,都对商业银行的传统经营模式提出了严峻的挑战。商业银行迫切需要推进业务模式和收入结构转型,实现从传统的“资金中介”向“综合金融服务提供商”的转变,回归服务本质。在这样的时代背景之下,金融业务和信息技术的紧密融合,已经成为商业银行打造核心竞争力的重要途径。商业银行需要思考如何利用信息技术提升业务管理水平,增强业务创新能力,向客户提供更优质的服务。 本文首先通过对美国、日本、中国台湾、中国香港等经济体实际情况的分析,考察利率市场化对银行业的影响,指出受利率市场化改革的冲击,商业银行的盈利、资产负债结构、定价管理等方面都会受到影响。为缓解利率市场化带来的盈利压力,商业银行会调整信贷结构,高风险资产占比提高,对商业银行的风险管理能力提出新的挑战,提高风险识别能力,提升利率风险和流动性风险管理能力成为当务之急。并对近年来迅速发展的互联网金融进行深入研究,指出商业银行的客户基础面临巨大冲击,银行被逐步边缘化,低成本储蓄存款大量流失,经营压力进一步加大,商业银行迫切需要经营转型。然后通过对桑坦德银行和招商银行的成功经营模式的归纳总结,为商业银行深入运用信息技术推动新型渠道建设、优化业务流程、控制运行成本、深化信息运用能力、提高客户粘度、提升全面风险管理水平提供了建设思路。
[Abstract]:With the accelerated pace of economic and financial reform in China, the operating environment of commercial banks has undergone great and profound changes. The competition of the financial industry is becoming increasingly fierce. The reform of the interest rate market, the Internet Finance and the rapid development of information technology have put forward a severe challenge to the traditional mode of commercial banks. In order to promote the transformation of business model and income structure to realize the transformation from the traditional "fund intermediary" to "integrated financial service provider" and return to the essence of service, the close integration of financial services and information technology has become an important way for commercial banks to build core competitiveness. Think about how to use information technology to improve business management level, enhance business innovation ability, and provide better service to customers.
This paper first examines the impact of interest rate marketization on the banking industry through the analysis of the actual situation in the United States, Japan, Taiwan, China and Hongkong, and points out that the impact of the interest rate marketization reform, the profit of the commercial banks, the structure of assets and liabilities, the management of pricing and so on. Under pressure, commercial banks will adjust credit structure, increase the proportion of high risk assets, raise new challenges to the risk management ability of commercial banks, improve the ability of risk identification, improve the ability of interest rate risk and liquidity risk management, and study the rapid development of Internet Finance in recent years, and point out commercial banks. The customer base is facing huge impact, the bank is gradually marginalized, the low cost savings deposit is lost, the operation pressure is further increased. The commercial bank is urgently needed to manage the transformation. Then, through the summary of the successful operation mode of the Bank of Santander and China Merchants Bank, the new channel is used to promote the new channel for commercial banks to use information technology in depth. It provides a way of thinking for building, optimizing business process, controlling operation cost, deepening information application ability, improving customer viscosity and improving overall risk management level.
