民生银行长春分行发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着经济的发展,经济全球化程度不断加深,经济一体化的程度不断加强。现代社会金融业在经济发展中的核心地位越来越凸显,随着国际竞争的加剧,以银行业为首的金融组织将面临更大的竞争与挑战。在我国社会主义公有制的经济体制下,银行业在经济发展中扮演着不可替代的角色。现阶段我国的经济正处于全面改革与转型的时期,适应国家战略调整及经济市场的环境变化,银行业未来的发展战略需进行相应的调整。今天的银行业在国民经济生活中更多的承担是中介服务功能,中介业务已成为全球商业银行业务的发展方向。在我国各家商业银行在不同地区的竞争优势是不同的,如何“因地制宜”利用自身及环境优势,打造出更好的产品,制定更准确的竞争战略,是民生银行长春分行的长效、良性发展的基础。民生银行是我国首家由非国有企业投资的股份制商业银行,民生银行长春分行民生作为民生在东北地区成立的第一家金融机构,其经过近几年的努力发展,在吉林省地区乃至东北地区,无论是与民生银行其它分支机构比较还是同行业比较,其经营效果都是可圈可点的。经过几年的励精图治,民生银行长春分行建成了辐射强、覆盖广、服务一流的经营网络。现阶段民生银行长春分行的发展面临着内外部环境的变化,这里的环境包括了经济、政治等众多方面,还包括民生总行战略调整及分行自身根据其区域性特点的环境变化所带来的影响,企业的发展过程从企业管理角度讲,是不断进行战略决策、选择的过程。民生银行长春分行面临巨大的环境变化,为了保持其良好的经营效果,需要其适时而变,进行战略调整。充分分析其内外部环境变化,并利用战略分析方法找出影响因素,从而运用战略管理理论与模型进行分析与操作。为了实现论文的规范性,结合了作者工作实践及理论基础,本文对民生银行长春分行的战略研究从以下几个方面进行。 本文首先对我国银行业的宏观背景进行了分析,介绍了股份制银行的概念及现状,介绍了股份制银行在我国经济及国民生活中的地位,论述了本文所运用的战略管理相关概念。其次,运用五力模型分析了民生银行长春分行的战略环境,突出了银行业地域性的不同优势,,特别是民生银行在长春地区的业务个性。再次,运用战略管理相关理论与模型,制定了民生银行长春分行的战略规划设计。最后,在对应规划设计总体战略基础上,提出了具体实施战略及相应的战略保障。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the degree of economic globalization is deepening and the degree of economic integration is strengthening. The core position of modern social financial industry in economic development is more and more prominent. With the aggravation of international competition, the financial organizations headed by the banking industry will face greater competition and challenge. The banking industry plays an irreplaceable role in the economic development of China's socialist public-owned economy. At the present stage, our country's economy is in the period of comprehensive reform and transformation. In order to adapt to the national strategic adjustment and the change of the economic market environment, the future development strategy of the banking industry needs to be adjusted accordingly. Today's banking industry in the national economic life more commitment is the intermediary service function intermediary business has become the global commercial bank business development direction. Each commercial bank in our country has different competitive advantages in different regions. How to "take measures according to local conditions" to make use of its own and environmental advantages to create better products and formulate more accurate competitive strategies is the long-term effect of Changchun Branch of Minsheng Bank. The basis for sound development. Minsheng Bank is the first joint-stock commercial bank invested by a non-state-owned enterprise in China. Minsheng Bank Changchun Branch, as the first financial institution established by the people's livelihood in Northeast China, has developed through efforts in recent years. Compared with other branches of Minsheng Bank and other branches of Minsheng Bank, the operation effect of Jilin Province and Northeast China is remarkable. After several years of hard work, Minsheng Bank Changchun Branch established a strong radiation, wide coverage, first-class service network. At this stage, the development of the Changchun branch of Minsheng Bank is facing changes in the internal and external environment. The environment here includes many aspects, such as economy, politics, and so on. It also includes the influence brought by the strategic adjustment of Minsheng General Bank and the change of the branch itself according to its regional characteristics. The process of enterprise development is a process of continuous strategic decision and choice from the angle of enterprise management. The Changchun branch of Minsheng Bank is faced with great environmental changes. In order to maintain its good operation effect, it needs to change in time and carry out strategic adjustment. The change of internal and external environment is fully analyzed, and the influencing factors are found out by using the strategic analysis method, and then the theory and model of strategic management are used to analyze and operate. In order to realize the standardization of the thesis, combining the author's working practice and theoretical basis, this paper carries on the strategic research of Changchun Branch of Minsheng Bank from the following aspects. This paper first analyzes the macro background of China's banking industry, introduces the concept and present situation of joint-stock banks, introduces the status of joint-stock banks in our country's economy and national life, and discusses the related concepts of strategic management used in this paper. Secondly, the paper analyzes the strategic environment of Changchun branch of Minsheng Bank by using the five-force model, and highlights the regional advantages of the banking industry, especially the business personality of Minsheng Bank in Changchun. Thirdly, using the theory and model of strategic management, the paper formulates the strategic planning and design of Changchun branch of Minsheng Bank. Finally, on the basis of the overall strategy of corresponding planning and design, the specific implementation strategy and corresponding strategic guarantee are put forward.
