新兴场域中的制度创业研究——以中国P2P行业为例

【摘要】：通过分析2006年至今中国P2P企业的制度创业问题,剖析了新兴场域的演变过程、制度创业的动因和结果。发现:P2P制度创业的过程也是合法性逐步获取的过程;随着制度变迁,P2P创业的规制性、规范性和认知性之间的联系得到增强;新兴场域的制度创业呈现出"地位化—理论化—制度化"的过程。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the institutional entrepreneurship of P2P enterprises in China from 2006 to now, this paper analyzes the evolution process of emerging field, the motivation and result of institutional entrepreneurship. It is found that the process of P2P institutional entrepreneurship is also a process of obtaining legitimacy gradually, and with the institutional change, the relationship between standardization and cognition is strengthened. The institutional entrepreneurship of the emerging field presents the process of "positionalization-theorization-institutionalization".
