个人理财理论在高端客户中的应用研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着中国经济的快速发展、人民收入水平的提高,逐渐积累了大量民间财富,同时催生出一批拥有大量资产的高端人士。国内个人理财需求,尤其是高端人士理财需求日益旺盛。在此背景下,个人理财理论被引入中国,以银行为首的各类金融机构也开始大力发展个人理财业务,陆续成立了高端客户服务部门,,并培养出大量个人理财人员。但目前我国个人理财市场正处于起步发展阶段,政策有待完善、机构逐利竞争,加之理财人员和客户的理财理念均不成熟,市场上以产品为主导、以收益为目标的“推销”倾向较为严重。个人理财理论得不到充分地应用,成为了理财人员招揽客户的“噱头”。 本文采取了理论研究和实证分析相结合的研究方法,通过对高端人群特征的研究,分析客户对理财理论的需求,并以商业银行私人银行业务为基础,研究理财理论在高端客户理财服务中的应用及其发挥的重要作用。本文在分析高端客户资产情况和理财目标的基础上,引用了人财务报表,并针对高端客户特征进行了优化。同时结合投资规划和生命周期理论,为客户提出资产配置的优化建议。最后结合财务预算理论和目标实现函数,对客户能否实现理财目标进行预算,并对优化前后的资产配置,对理财目标的满足程度进行比较,体现理财理论的应用效果。笔者希望本文能够对理财理论在个人理财及高端理财业务中的推广应用,起到抛砖引玉的作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of people's income, a large number of private wealth has been accumulated, and a number of high-end people with a large number of assets have been spawned at the same time. Domestic personal financial needs, especially high-end financial needs are increasingly strong. In this context, personal finance theory was introduced into China, various financial institutions, led by banks, began to vigorously develop personal finance business, established high-end customer service departments one after another, and trained a large number of personal financial personnel. But at present, the personal finance market in our country is in the initial stage of development, the policy needs to be improved, the organization is competing for profit, and the financial management concept of financial personnel and customers is not mature, so the market is dominated by products. Profit-oriented sales tend to be more serious. Personal finance theory can not be fully applied, has become the wealth management personnel to attract customers "gimmick." This paper adopts the research method of combining theoretical research and empirical analysis, through the study of the characteristics of high-end people, analyzes the customer's demand for financial management theory, and based on the private banking business of commercial banks. This paper studies the application of financial management theory in high-end customer financial services and its important role. Based on the analysis of assets and financial objectives of high-end customers, this paper cites financial statements and optimizes the characteristics of high-end customers. At the same time, combined with investment planning and life cycle theory, the optimization of asset allocation for customers is proposed. Finally, combining the financial budget theory and the goal realization function, we budget whether the client can achieve the financial management goal, and compare the asset allocation before and after the optimization, the degree of financial management goal satisfaction, and reflect the application effect of the financial management theory. The author hopes that this paper can play a role in the promotion and application of financial management theory in personal finance and high-end financial business.
