中国民生银行长春分行个人理财业务的研究

【摘要】：本文以中国民生银行长春分行个人理财业务为研究对象，对其存在问题和主要对策进行了系统化的分析与研究。文章首先点明了题目选择的背景与研究方法，，较为详细的阐述了个人理财业务的概念与国内理财业务发展历程、个人理财的意义、个人理财服务的作用，为下面的研究做准备。随后，以个人理财业务发展较为迅速的花旗银行、工商银行与招商银行为例，对中外商业银行个人理财业务的发展现状逐一进行分析。文章的第四部分和第五部分作为全篇重点，对中国民生银行长春分行个人理财业务现状和存在的主要问题进行逐一分析并提出相应对策，其中，首先对中国民生银行长春分行内外部环境进行分析，并针对存在问题从产品方面、人员方面、服务方面和营销方面进行一一解答。本文的最后部分，进行全文的总结并提出未来的研究展望。本文为股份制银行发展战略分析与设计提供了新的研究成果。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the personal finance business of Changchun Branch of China Minsheng Bank as the research object, and makes a systematic analysis and research on its existing problems and main countermeasures. Firstly, the paper points out the background and research method of topic selection, expounds in detail the concept of personal finance business, the development course of domestic financial management business, the significance of personal finance, the function of personal finance service, and prepares for the following research. Then, taking Citibank, ICBC and China Merchants Bank as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of personal finance business of Chinese and foreign commercial banks one by one. The fourth and fifth parts of the article, as the focus of the whole article, analyze the current situation and main problems of personal finance business in Changchun Branch of Minsheng Bank of China one by one and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Firstly, the paper analyzes the internal and external environment of Changchun branch of Minsheng Bank of China, and solves the problems from product, personnel, service and marketing. The last part of this paper summarizes the full text and puts forward the future research prospects. This paper provides new research results for the development strategy analysis and design of shareholding banks.
