工商银行包头分行小微企业金融服务业务发展策略研究

【摘要】:目前,小微企业的发展面临着诸如融资困难、服务体系不健全、信息缺乏、管理水平低等一系列问题,其生存压力日益加大。小微企业“融资难”问题的解决,业已成为我国经济保持平稳持续较快增长的关键因素。从商业银行的角度来看,随着利率市场化的进程加快,商业银行净息差的收窄,小微企业金融服务的战略转型,是商业银行在金融脱媒、利率市场化背景下的必然选择。文章从包头工行怎么样发展小微企业金融服务这一视角,基于小微企业金融服务多层次、高效率的要求,研究包头工行如何科学合理地规划小微企业金融服务业务的发展策略、如何正视存在问题、规避发展劣势、发挥比较优势以提升同业竞争能力和可持续发展能力,也为正在探讨小微企业金融服务业务的商业银行提供一些有价值的借鉴。 本文首先介绍研究背景及意义,综述国内外相关研究现状及成果,,明确研究的思路、结构和方法。在对小微企业概念进行界定的基础上,分析了商业银行服务小微企业的必要性,同时介绍了市场细分、风险管控、金融创新等小微企业金融服务业务相关基础理论,综述了国内外商业银行有关小微企业金融服务业务的发展情况。针对国内商业银行小微企业金融服务业务发展,重在找问题、析原因;针对美、德、英等国商业银行小微企业金融服务业务发展,提炼出可资借鉴的先进经验和做法。在大视野的宏观综述分析之后,聚焦包头工行本身,在就其小微企业金融服务业务发展现状进行概说的基础上,重点明确其竞争优势、劣势、机会及挑战等因素,最后有针对性提出包头工行小微企业金融服务业务发展的策略,具体从客户选择、业务创新、风险防控、营销团队专业化水平提升、激励考核机制完善等方面深入展开,提出了包头工行应转变发展观念,制定合理的小微企业发展规划;应围绕抵质押品的品种、方式进行创新,依托总行的理财业务金融产品做好小微企业理财服务,同时大力推行总行贸易融资方式创新产品;在从贷前、贷中、贷后严格风险防控的同时,注重培育营销理念,建立以客户经理责任责任制为主体的营销系统,全面推行金融产品经理负责制,建立专门的绩效考核体系等,多管齐下,深入开展小微企业金融服务,培育同业核心竞争力,实现差异化发展和精细化发展。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of small and micro enterprises is faced with a series of problems, such as financing difficulties, imperfect service system, lack of information, low level of management and so on. The solution to the problem of "difficult financing" for small and micro enterprises has become the key factor for our country's economy to maintain steady and sustained rapid growth. From the point of view of commercial banks, with the acceleration of interest rate marketization, the narrowing of net interest margin of commercial banks and the strategic transformation of small and micro enterprises' financial services, it is an inevitable choice for commercial banks under the background of financial disintermediation and interest rate marketization. From the perspective of how Baotou ICBC develops financial services of small and micro enterprises, based on the requirement of multi-level and high efficiency of financial services of small and micro enterprises, this paper studies how to scientifically and reasonably plan the development strategy of financial services of small and micro enterprises. How to face up to the existing problems, avoid the disadvantages of development, give full play to the comparative advantage in order to enhance the competitiveness and sustainable development of the same industry, but also provide some valuable reference for the commercial banks that are exploring the financial services business of small and micro enterprises. This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research, summarizes the current situation and achievements of the research at home and abroad, and clarifies the ideas, structure and methods of the research. On the basis of defining the concept of small and micro enterprises, this paper analyzes the necessity of commercial banks to serve small and micro enterprises, and introduces the basic theories of small and micro enterprises' financial service business, such as market segmentation, risk management and management, financial innovation and so on. This paper reviews the development of small and micro-enterprise financial services in commercial banks at home and abroad. In view of the development of domestic commercial banks' small and micro enterprises' financial service business, it is important to find out the problems and analyze the reasons, and to refine the advanced experiences and practices that can be used for reference in view of the development of the small and micro enterprises' financial service business of commercial banks in the United States, Germany, Britain and other countries. After the macro overview and analysis of the big field of vision, focusing on the Baotou Industrial and Commercial Bank itself, and on the basis of an overview of the current development situation of its small and micro enterprises' financial service business, it focuses on its competitive advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges, and so on. Finally, it puts forward the development strategy of the financial service business of Baotou ICBC small and micro enterprises, which is carried out from the aspects of customer selection, business innovation, risk prevention and control, the promotion of the professional level of marketing team, the improvement of incentive and examination mechanism, and so on. The paper puts forward that Baotou Industrial and Commercial Bank of China should change its concept of development, formulate a reasonable development plan for small and micro enterprises, innovate its methods around the variety of pledged goods, and do a good job of financial services for small and micro enterprises based on the financial products of the financial services of the head office. At the same time, we should vigorously promote innovative products in the way of trade financing in headquarters. While strictly preventing and controlling risks before, during and after loans, we should pay attention to cultivating marketing concepts and establishing a marketing system with the responsibility system of customer managers as the main body. We should carry out the financial product manager responsibility system, establish the special performance appraisal system, carry out the financial service of the small and micro enterprises, cultivate the core competitiveness of the same industry, and realize the differentiated development and the fine development.
