我国商业银行文化建设研究

【摘要】:企业文化是企业在长期发展中积淀、被员工广泛认同和遵循的核心价值。企业文化在增强员工凝聚力,提高企业竞争力,促进企业发展中有着极其重要的作用。我国商业银行作为现代金融服务企业,在支持经济建设、服务百姓民生等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用,特别是伴随我国商业银行的发展历程,独具特色的商业银行文化逐步形成并日趋完善,成为商业银行参与市场竞争、提高经营管理水平的“软实力”。因此,构建具有鲜明特征的商业银行文化体系,既是商业银行适应形势变化、提升竞争实力的客观需要,也是其未来可持续发展的战略选择。只有重视文化建设,加强文化建设,创新文化建设,才能不断增强员工凝聚力,文化建设成果才能转化为促进商业银行发展的内生动力。 首先,,论文从商业银行的文化内涵、基本内容和主要功能入手,指出了我国商业银行文化建设是一个漫长的过程,它伴随着商业银行的发展壮大一路走来。纵观我国商业银行的发展历程,既是一个不断改进服务、提升综合效益的过程,也是一个不断加强文化建设、形成文化特色的过程。目前,一批凝结着现代价值理念和人文精神的商业银行文化建设已形成品牌,并逐渐深入人心,这对商业银行扩大社会知名度、形成市场竞争力,无疑都有着积极的促进作用。由此,揭示了商业银行文化建设的重要性和必要性。其次,论文探讨了商业银行文化与竞争力的关系,从文化建设是提升商业银行核心竞争力的有效途径、重要基础和前提条件等三个方面,阐明了文化建设在提升商业银行竞争力方面的作用。进一步明确了商业银行文化是现代商业银行的核心竞争力之一。第三,将文化建设置于商业银行发展战略的高度,阐明了构建先进的商业银行文化体系,是商业银行未来可持续发展的重要战略和必然选择。在战略框架下,提出了商业银行文化建设的主要任务和目标。指出只有加快转型发展、创新驱动和文化建设步伐,将我国商业银行打造成为文化特色鲜明、核心竞争优势明显的现代金融服务企业(集团),才能适应金融全球化、市场化、信息化、多样化竞争和未来发展的新形势。 论文紧密联系实际,根据前期调研所掌握的资料,以目前我国商业银行文化建设个案为重点,对商业银行文化建设现状进行了深入分析,提出了商业银行文化建设的总体思路,归纳了文化建设应高度关注的四个方面的问题,总结了打造一流商业银行文化体系的有效路径,并在操作层面就实现的具体措施、方法等提出了自己的见解。
[Abstract]:Corporate culture is the core value that is widely recognized and followed by employees. Corporate culture plays an extremely important role in enhancing the cohesion of employees, improving the competitiveness of enterprises and promoting the development of enterprises. As a modern financial service enterprise, Chinese commercial banks play a more and more important role in supporting economic construction and serving the people's livelihood, especially with the development of our commercial banks. The unique culture of commercial banks is gradually formed and perfected gradually, which becomes the "soft power" for commercial banks to participate in market competition and improve the level of operation and management. Therefore, it is not only the objective need for commercial banks to adapt to the changes of the situation and enhance their competitive strength, but also the strategic choice for their sustainable development in the future. Only by attaching importance to cultural construction, strengthening cultural construction and innovating cultural construction, can the cohesion of staff be continuously strengthened, and the achievements of cultural construction can be transformed into the endogenous motive force to promote the development of commercial banks. First of all, the paper points out that the cultural construction of commercial banks in China is a long process from the cultural connotation, basic content and main functions of commercial banks, which is accompanied by the development and growth of commercial banks all the way. Throughout the development of commercial banks in China, it is not only a process of continuous improvement of service and comprehensive benefits, but also a process of strengthening cultural construction and forming cultural characteristics. At present, a batch of commercial bank culture construction which condenses the modern value idea and the humanities spirit has already formed the brand, and gradually has deeply rooted in the people, which has the positive promotion function to the commercial bank to expand the social popularity, forms the market competition ability, undoubtedly has the positive promotion function. Therefore, it reveals the importance and necessity of cultural construction of commercial banks. Secondly, the paper discusses the relationship between culture and competitiveness of commercial banks, from three aspects: cultural construction is an effective way to enhance the core competitiveness of commercial banks, important foundation and preconditions. This paper expounds the role of cultural construction in enhancing the competitiveness of commercial banks. It further clarifies that the culture of commercial banks is one of the core competitiveness of modern commercial banks. Thirdly, it is an important strategy and inevitable choice for commercial banks to construct advanced commercial bank culture system in the future by placing cultural construction on the height of commercial bank's development strategy. Under the strategic framework, the main task and goal of the cultural construction of commercial banks are put forward. It is pointed out that only by speeding up the transformation and development, driving innovation and cultural construction, and making Chinese commercial banks into modern financial service enterprises (groups) with distinct cultural characteristics and obvious core competitive advantages, can they adapt to financial globalization and marketization. In this paper, according to the data of previous investigation and research, the paper analyzes the current situation of the cultural construction of commercial banks, and puts forward the general idea of the cultural construction of commercial banks, focusing on the current cases of the cultural construction of commercial banks in China. This paper sums up four problems that should be paid close attention to in the cultural construction, summarizes the effective ways of building a first-class commercial bank's cultural system, and puts forward its own opinions on the concrete measures and methods to be realized at the operational level.
