乌鲁木齐市居民对“余额宝”风险认知研究

【摘要】：2013年余额宝理财产品的推出,昭示着我国的互联网金融时代的到来,各大电商纷纷推出互联网理财产品,网络理财一时间成为社会的热点话题。但是不可否认的是,余额宝的迅速崛起的同时也存在诸多问题,由于对互联网理财产品的监管机制的缺乏,余额宝理财也存在着诸多的不确定性及风险。根据认知心理学理论,人们对新事物的认知是一个由感性到理性的过程,那么投资者对于余额宝的认识目前处于一个什么样的水平,还有哪些不足,应该采取怎样的手段去降低余额宝的投资风险是亟待解决的问题。在2014年电商对消费者的调查中乌鲁木齐市淘宝的用户注册率以及支付宝手机终端的使用率都在全国处于比较靠前的位置。但是乌鲁木齐市居民对余额宝的风险认知仍然存在不足之处,因此本文通过问卷调查我们将回收的问卷进行统计,经过计算,通过SPASS20.0进行方差分析,结果表明:人们对操作风险的认知程度显著高于对市场选择风险、信用风险、政策风险和流动性风险的认知程度(P0.05);其次人们对监管风险的认知程度显著高于对信用风险、安全风险、市场选择风险和流动性风险的认知程度(P0.05);最后,人们对技术服务风险的认知程度显著高于市场选择风险和流动性风险(P0.05)。说明乌鲁木齐市居民对余额宝的风险认知中主要考虑的是操作风险、监管风险和技术服务风险;然而对市场选择风险和流动性风险认知程度相对不高。因此本文针对乌鲁木齐居民在风险认知的不足提出建议。

But it is undeniable that the rapid rise of the balance of treasure at the same time there are many problems, due to the lack of supervision mechanism on the Internet financial products, financial balance treasure there are many uncertainties and risks. According to the theory of cognitive psychology, cognition of the new things is a process from perceptual to rational, then investors to understand the balance of the treasure is in a what kind of level, what are the deficiencies, should be to reduce the balance Bao investment risk is the urgent problem of how to take measures. The user registration rate on consumer survey in Urumqi City, Taobao and Alipay mobile phone business in 2014 The terminal use rate in the country at the front of the plane. But residents of the city of Urumqi on the balance of treasure and the risk of cognitive deficiencies still exist, therefore this article through the questionnaire survey we recovered questionnaires, after calculation, variance analysis, the results show that the SPASS20.0: the awareness level of the operational risk was significantly higher than that of the choice of market risk, credit risk, policy risk cognition and liquidity risk (P0.05); the second people supervision on risk perception was significantly higher than that of the security risk of the credit risk, the cognitive degree of market choice risk and liquidity risk (P0.05); finally, the perception of risk is significantly higher than that of technical service market risk and liquidity risk (P0.05). It mainly considers the residents of the city of Urumqi on the balance of treasure is the perception of risk in operation risk, regulatory risk And technology service risk, however, the cognition degree of market selection risk and liquidity risk is relatively low. Therefore, this paper puts forward some suggestions for Urumqi residents' risk cognition.
