【摘要】:在科学技术迅速更新换代,不断发展的今天,市场竞争日益激烈,科技创新作为提高社会生产力和综合国力的战略支撑,产生的乘数效应可以通过科技的渗透,提升我国经济增长质量。当创新驱动成为经济新常态的新引擎,企业只有将创新作为战略立足点,才能适应激烈的市场竞争。创新团队是企业培育创新性人才的重要形式,对创新团队进行科学地激励,可以激发创新团队成员工作激情,促进团队成员知识和技能的提升,从而最终促进创新能力的提高。在此背景之下,如何创新企业创新团队激励方式,提高企业创新团队成员工作积极性和主动性,提升创新水平,尤为迫切。电子商务服务业是现代服务业的重要组成部分,近年来发展迅速。团队作为现代组织形式,在电子商务服务业企业中广泛运用。创新团队整体创新绩效与团队成员个人贡献和团队协作能力息息相关,个人贡献与协作行为得以有效激发是创新团队激励的目标和关键。服务业创新团队成员具备知识员工的一般特征,与此同时又由于团队协作的工作环境、服务创新目标的要求等原因,对其进行团队激励工作复杂程度高。本文通过对电子商务创新团队概念的界定和激励效果评价相关理论的梳理,试图提出衡量电子商务创新团队激励效果的评价指标体系,并将这一评价指标体系运用到激励效果实际评价中,并针对不足提出改善建议。本文的研究内容主要包括:首先对国内外创新团队、团队激励、激励效果评价的研究现状进行总结和分析,发现国内对于企业创新团队激励的研究较少,对创新团队激励效果评价研究更少,故本文将企业创新团队激励效果研究作为研究切入点;其次,通过对电子商务创新团队的概念进行界定,对团队激励理论、创新团队激励理论以及激励效果评价理论进行梳理,建立本文的理论基础,从团队任务完成度和团队成员工作满意度两个方面建立激励效果评价指标体系;然后以M企业为例,进行创新团队激励效果评价指标体系的实际应用:采用层次分析法改进的G1赋权法,确定评价指标体系权重;运用模糊综合评价法进行M企业的创新团队激励效果评价;最后,对评价结果具体分析,针对M企业激励途径的不足之处提出具体改进建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid upgrading and continuous development of science and technology, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. As a strategic support to improve social productivity and comprehensive national strength, scientific and technological innovation can generate multiplier effect through the infiltration of science and technology. To improve the quality of China's economic growth. When innovation drive becomes the new engine of the new normal economy, enterprises only take innovation as the strategic foothold. Innovation team is an important form for enterprises to cultivate innovative talents. To stimulate the innovation team scientifically can stimulate the enthusiasm of the members of the innovation team. Promote the knowledge and skills of team members, and ultimately promote the improvement of innovation ability. In this context, how to innovate the innovation of enterprise team incentives. It is particularly urgent to improve the enthusiasm and initiative of the members of the enterprise innovation team and to improve the level of innovation. E-commerce service industry is an important part of the modern service industry. In recent years, as a modern organizational form, team is widely used in e-commerce service enterprises. The overall innovation performance of innovation team is closely related to the individual contribution and team cooperation ability of team members. Individual contribution and collaborative behavior can be effectively stimulated is the goal and key of innovation team motivation. Service innovation team members have the general characteristics of knowledge workers at the same time because of the working environment of team cooperation. Because of the requirement of service innovation goal, the work of team incentive is complicated. This paper combs the definition of the concept of e-business innovation team and the related theory of incentive effect evaluation. This paper tries to put forward an evaluation index system to measure the incentive effect of e-business innovation team, and applies this evaluation index system to the actual evaluation of incentive effect. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, summarize and analyze the current research situation of innovation team, team incentive and incentive effect evaluation at home and abroad. It is found that there is less research on the incentive effect of the enterprise innovation team in China and less on the evaluation of the incentive effect of the innovation team, so this paper takes the research on the incentive effect of the enterprise innovation team as the starting point. Secondly, through the definition of e-commerce innovation team concept, the team incentive theory, innovation team incentive theory and incentive effect evaluation theory are combed to establish the theoretical basis of this paper. The evaluation index system of incentive effect is established from two aspects: team task completion degree and team members' job satisfaction. Then take M enterprise as an example to carry on the innovation team incentive effect appraisal index system actual application: uses the analytic hierarchy process to improve the G1 weight method, determines the evaluation index system weight; Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the incentive effect of innovation team in M enterprise; Finally, the evaluation results are analyzed, and suggestions for improvement are put forward in view of the inadequacies of M enterprise incentive approach.
