【摘要】：对外出口是中国经济非常重要的一个环节,外向型经济也是中国经济多年持续高速增长的主要推动力之一。 HF纸业公司地处中国山东省,年产纸张3万吨,主要生产和出口彩色双胶类纸张。受到人民币持续升值的影响,HF公司出口产品产生的利润不断降低,同时受到国内内贸市场环境不景气、周边国家如印尼、印度一些造纸企业的竞争,长期以来造成HF纸业只能舍弃利润接单来保证销量,部分大订单或是老客户返单被迫低毛利或是负毛利交单,企业处在盈亏平衡的边缘徘徊。自从2005年以来的中国人民币汇率改革,伴随着人民币在外汇市场的不断升值背景下,其外贸出口业绩也逐步缓慢下滑。本文以HF公司为研究对象,通过对其近十年的工厂运营、出口销售、盈利水平等全面企业运营状况分析,结合同期人民币外汇汇率水平及其他相关外贸经济环境的综合联系与分析,研究了人民币汇率变动,尤其是近些年间的大幅度持续升值对HF公司外贸业务的重大影响及可能的解决之道。同时文章结合了国家、行业、企业外贸的三个层面的综合数据,进行了建模分析,以数据推导并论证了人民币汇率升值对HF公司带来的负面影响。在本文的最后,综合了研究论证成果,结合了笔者多年从事外贸工作的丰富经验,也对HF公司如何消除汇率升值所带来的竞争劣势,以及外部可能可以使用的金融避险工具及措施进行了讨论和分析。
[Abstract]:Export is a very important part of China's economy, and export-oriented economy is also one of the main driving forces of China's sustained and rapid economic growth for many years. HF Paper Company is located in Shandong Province, China, producing 30,000 tons of paper per year, mainly producing and exporting color double glue paper. Due to the continuous appreciation of RMB, the profit generated by the export products of HF Company is decreasing. At the same time, due to the domestic domestic market environment is depressed, neighboring countries such as Indonesia, India, some paper enterprises competition, for a long time, HF paper industry can only abandon profits to ensure sales. Some large orders have been forced to return orders with low or negative margins, and companies are on the verge of break-even. China's renminbi exchange rate reform has been under way since 2005. With the appreciation of the RMB in the foreign exchange market, its export performance is also falling slowly. In this paper, HF Company as the research object, through the nearly ten years of factory operations, export sales, profit levels and other comprehensive business operation analysis. Combined with the analysis of the foreign exchange rate level and other related foreign trade economic environment in the same period, this paper studies the RMB exchange rate changes. Especially in recent years, the large and sustained appreciation of the HF company's foreign trade business and possible solutions. At the same time, the article combines the country, industry, enterprise foreign trade three levels of comprehensive data. In the end of this paper, the author deduces and proves the negative effect of RMB exchange rate appreciation on HF company. At the end of this paper, it synthesizes the research and demonstration results. Combined with the rich experience of the author engaged in foreign trade for many years, also how to eliminate the exchange rate appreciation of HF company brought about by the competitive disadvantage. As well as the external possible use of financial hedging instruments and measures are discussed and analyzed.
