【摘要】:经济多元化发展的二十一世纪,汽车消费方式也越来越多样化,我国汽车市场在传统的全款购车和贷款购车模式的基础上,衍生出融资租赁和向租车公司租车的新形式,来满足不同人群的消费需求。由于“汽车限购”政策的出台以及车辆限行为人们带来的各种不便,汽车租赁市场前景广阔。然而,传统的车辆租赁模式普遍存在:租赁流程复杂、手续繁琐、取还车不方便等问题,而且租期时间较长,多为日租、月租,不能满足短距离用户的出行需求。车辆分时租赁具有:租赁流程简单、网上预约、自助取车、异地还车、最短按小时计费等特点,简单便捷的租车方式,为人们带来租车新体验。目前我国车辆分时租赁处于发展的初级阶段,虽然从事分时租赁的企业数量有一定的增加,但是企业规模较小,盈利情况不容乐观。而且国内对分时租赁的研究仅仅局限于其运营模式,或者简单的对其盈利状况进行分析,没有系统地、有针对性地进行盈利能力的财务分析。因此,深入研究车辆分时租赁的盈利能力,对促进及完善我国分时租赁市场的发展极为重要。在此背景下,本文对车辆分时租赁的概念进行详细介绍,选取在我国分时租赁市场发展比较成熟的H公司为研究对象,首先,从客户盈利能力、成本收入、运营状况、资产收益四个方面进行财务分析;然后,运用五力模型从供应商、购买者、替代品、行业竞争者、潜在竞争者五个角度详细分析了微观环境对H公司车辆分时租赁盈利能力的影响;最后,将H公司与分时租赁项目各方面均运营完善的法国Autolib以及国内的短租平台悟空租车进行对比分析,指出H公司的不足之处。总结归纳出增强H公司车辆分时租赁盈利能力的建议,希望可以给我国分时租赁企业带来一些启示和借鉴。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, with the diversified development of economy, automobile consumption mode is becoming more and more diversified. China's auto market is based on the traditional car purchase and loan mode. Financial leasing and car rental companies derived from the new forms to meet the consumption needs of different groups of people. Because of the introduction of "car purchase restrictions" policy and vehicle restrictions for people to bring a variety of inconvenience. However, there are many problems in the traditional vehicle rental mode, such as complicated leasing process, complicated procedures, inconvenient car rentals, and long rental period, most of which are daily rent and monthly rent. It can not meet the travel needs of short-distance users. Vehicle time-sharing rental has the following characteristics: simple rental process, online booking, self-help car pick-up, car return, the shortest hourly billing and other characteristics, simple and convenient car rental. At present, vehicle timesharing in China is in the primary stage of development. Although the number of enterprises engaged in timesharing has increased to a certain extent, the scale of enterprises is relatively small. Profit situation is not optimistic. And domestic research on time-sharing leasing is limited to its operating mode, or simply to analyze its profit situation, without systematic. Therefore, it is very important to study the profitability of vehicle time-sharing lease in order to promote and perfect the development of time-sharing leasing market in China. This paper introduces the concept of vehicle time-sharing lease in detail, and selects H Company, which is mature in the market of time-sharing lease in China, as the research object. Firstly, from the customer profitability, cost income, operating conditions. Financial analysis on four aspects of asset income; Then, from five aspects of suppliers, buyers, substitutes, industry competitors and potential competitors, the impact of micro environment on H company vehicle time-sharing leasing profitability is analyzed in detail by using the five-force model. At last, the author compares H company with the French Autolib, which has a perfect operation in all aspects of the project, and Wukong, a short rental platform in China. This paper points out the deficiency of H Company, summarizes the suggestions to enhance the profit ability of H Company's vehicle time-sharing lease, and hopes to bring some enlightenment and reference to China's timesharing leasing enterprises.
