基于平衡计分卡的JY公司绩效管理体系研究

【摘要】:随着经济一体化的发展,市场竞争日趋激烈,企业要想获得长期发展,这就需要在不断扩展市场的同时,不断地完善现代企业管理制度。现代企业的竞争就是人才的竞争,要想在竞争中脱颖而出,企业必须认识到人力资源管理的重要性,建立一套科学完善的人力资源管理体系。绩效管理是人力资源管理体系最核心的模块,可以促进企业管理的进步。在传统的绩效管理中,管理者片面地关注财务方面的指标,以此来衡量企业的经营绩效,忽略了非财务指标在企业经营管理中的作用,导致绩效管理体系在实际运用中往往不能发挥其真正的作用。而平衡计分卡的出现,满足了企业发展的要求,使其能够从容面对外界的环境的变化,实现企业战略目标。本文以JY公司为研究对象,结合公司实际,运用平衡计分卡理论和战略地图对JY公司的绩效管理体系进行了设计。首先对绩效管理相关理论进行综述;其次对JY公司的绩效管理现状进行分析;第三,对JY公司的绩效管理体系进行构建;第四,对JY公司的绩效管理体系提出保障措施,确保平衡计分卡的顺利实施;最后,进行总结并对未来进行展望。JY公司基于平衡计分卡的绩效管理体系的设计和实施,需要在实践当中不断发展和完善。本论文的研究对私营企业应用平衡计分卡,提高企业的核心竞争力和绩效管理水平具有积极的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic integration, the market competition is becoming more and more fierce. If enterprises want to obtain long-term development, it needs to expand the market at the same time. Constantly improve the modern enterprise management system. The competition of modern enterprises is the competition of talents. In order to stand out from the competition, enterprises must realize the importance of human resource management. Establish a set of scientific and perfect human resource management system. Performance management is the core module of human resources management system, can promote the progress of enterprise management. In the traditional performance management. Managers pay one-sided attention to financial indicators to measure the performance of enterprises, ignoring the role of non-financial indicators in the management of enterprises. As a result, the performance management system is often unable to play its real role in practical application. The appearance of balanced scorecard meets the requirements of enterprise development and enables it to face the changes of the external environment. This paper takes JY Company as the research object, combined with the company's actual situation. The performance management system of JY Company is designed by using balanced scorecard theory and strategic map. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of performance management in JY Company. Thirdly, build the performance management system of JY Company; 4th, to JY company's performance management system security measures to ensure the smooth implementation of balanced scorecard; Finally, summarize and prospect the future. JY company based on balanced Scorecard performance management system design and implementation. The research in this paper has positive significance for private enterprises to apply balanced scorecard and improve their core competitiveness and performance management level.
